well , it's like 30 days since i took over fort hraggstad and still nothing changed, and nothing of those things i found on internet about this bug helped.

nope, theres nothing about the quest in Ulfrics speech options ( the quest marker is over galmar )

Come on ... no one ? It's really searious bug , there's no way of finishing one of the main quests ..

So , I went through whole forum and found two topics with same problem with no working solution for me. The problem - I defeated the imperial crew at Fort Hraggstad and returned to Galmar but there's no "reporting in" option, I have played few other quests since so theres no possibility of loading the game before attack on hraggstad ... any idea ?
