I see. I noticed that cloaks appeared and also patrols. I thought that all mods must appear in ingame mod configuration. Thanks for answers

Im using nexus mod manager and downloaded few mods They look like this in my nmm http://i.imgur.com/pEYkvk1.png http://i.imgur.com/F7WkZC9.png Mods are installed and activated. I ran LOOT too to check if everything is ok. Also all mods/plugins are shown in data files. So the problem is that they dont show up in game. When I open mod configuration I only see these two mods http://i.imgur.com/IgjiGAD.jpg I tried all kind of mod combinations, I removed mods and tried running only one mod at time but they just dont show up. Reinstalled them few times.. Only these two works fine. Any ideas what I missed?
