pls help i am at my wits end

I made a follower in CK earlier and uploaded it to the nexus, the .bsa and .esp files were both included, (all textures and meshes,scripts etc) but when a friend downloaded the mod the character looked nothing like what she was supposed to. In my game she looks perfect, but in theirs she is bald and has the wrong face. please help, i have no idea what i did wrong lol update: somehow i managed to give her hair.. still don't know what i'm doing wrong :( pics of what he got: pics of what he was SUPPOSED to get: thanks in advance!! :)
