Honestly what I'm looking for here is you guys' opinions. I want to see what you think are good mods, to help me with what to look for.

Preferably ones that all work together, I want graphics mods, armory expanding mods, more armor, more npcs, more quests, better gameplay all that jazz. What are the best of the best for Oblivion?

But there are so many mods that are great but get overlooked because theyre not In the top 100. (New Vegas and Freeside reatoration mod is a good example of how this can happen (New Vegas mods I know, but this still proves my point))

Can anybody make or teach how to make a mod that gives both first person and third person animations for using aid items? This should effect hardcore mode. In addition to consumption animations it should add things like you can only use one aid item at a time, and you must wait for the animation to end before using another and you will only use your Vault 13 canteen if you have your weapon holstered. Animations could include: Uncapping and tipping to drink (Beer, Nuka-Cola, Sunset Sarsaparilla, Waters, alcohols with screw on caps, Vault 13 Canteen) Popping the cork and tipping (corked beverages) Injecting yourself in the arm (Slasher, Psycho, Med-x, Stimpak, ECt) Inhaling (jet and turbo) Whatever the hell you do to take hydra.

I'm looking for a mod that allows generic style sprinting (yes, like in CoD) but with a twist. You speed and distance you can sprint without resting would depend on you AGI, END, weight carried, armor type worn (light medium heavy), armor weight, weapon equipped (ranged, melee, one handed, 2 handed) and if it's holstered or not, the weight of the weapon itself, your current health and crippled limb status, and perks (eg Travel Light) Any mods already like this, or anyone making a mod like this or how would I make a mod like this?

By this logic every game should be 21+ :rollseyes:

Which Star Trek is the best? I choose TNG and Jean-Luc Picard, simply because it was my parent favorite, so I grew up watching it. Amazing graphics Varied landscapes Destructible buildings and deformable terrain Randomly generated terrain Ability to gather resources and build (think Minecraft) Sandbox type game story wise Decision you make effect other things Randomly generated quests A science fiction/fantasy setting, with both lasers and magic, guns and bows, mutants and mythical creatures So basically Daggerfall combined with Fallout and Minecraft and heavily updated (both graphics wise and complexity wise)

I would love a Vietnam game from the view of Viet Cong, not sure my friend would though (Vietnam Vet) I also don't think a game where your killing Americans as your primary enemy would go over to well.
