  1. I was one of the people whining at whiners so to speak and I realise that's probably not helpful either so sorry if I was unfair to anyone. I really support the team and I think people should show them some respect. However I also think there is no need to close down threads or anything. People are free to give their opinions (including offering help and questioning team). Others are free to refute them. However I think on all sides of this "argument" that has developed on this thread (myself included) we would do better and have a more constructive conversation if we cut out the ad homs and showed each other respect. I am embarred too about how this has gone but there is a lot to be proud about this community. It's why we are all here! One question: is it the silverlock team who have been keeping f4se updated? It seems it gets updated everytime there is an update to f4 from beth. Would that suggest that they are still working together? Another question :P: Does ianpatt's comment on steam suggest they have given up? It sounds like they have made quite a lot of progress. It has just been slower than expected which is why he apologised. Dunno just my two cents
  2. Thanks for the update ianpatt. Thought that was probably the case! I am personally hugely grateful for what you guys have done for the modding community for years. For those who keep complaining... I'm sorry but nobody owes you anything. If someone is kind enough to let you benefit for nothing from their hard work and dilligence you should be bloody grateful. It is petulant and self-entitled whining. Maybe posting on this thread about how they are just doing it as a prank or saying why the f*#@ no update cos they said it HOPEFULLY will BETA mid March and it's been two weeks now REEE is actually bloody disrespectful. I'm sure they are able to get over it but it would be legitimate if they were a bit pissed off at the reaction. It wouldn't exactly encourage me to take time from family and work if people were being so uncharitable. Something tells me it is the same people who don't even bother to acknowledge good work by endorsing mods.
  3. In response to post #37058330. #37058890 is also a reply to the same post. SOLUTION: I had the same problem. Modded game working beautifully yesterday then today after beta update "the save relies on content bla bla bla". After scouring the internet, reinstalling mods a thousand times and reinstalling the game only to get the same result. I scoured the internet again lol. I found this thread containing a solution for me so have faith :) I hope this works for you too. https://community.bethesda.net/thread/10012 Essentially, the solution is very simple. 1)Create a profile at bethesda.net required for downloading mods of their website (some great mods here too). 2)Go to MODS option on Main Menu of Fallout 4. 3)Choose load order (press Y for me with controller) 4)Here your mods will be listed (including those through NMM) and you simply enable them (by pressing A for me with controller) 5)Voila! Works like a peach It actually seems like a great system if they keep it although I don't know how this effects the manual modders. It seems to work fine with NMM and Beta Creation Kit Mods.
