I've tried to find posts with similar problems but none of those suggestions have worked for me. I've installed, enabled, and deployed my mods through Vortex. (for testing this problem xNVSE, NVAC, and Delay DLC combined) In my settings under Mods: Hardlink Deployment is applied and the mod. My Mod staging folder is C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\falloutnv\mods while my game files are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas I want to install more mods but I'm just trying to get Delay DLC to work first so I know quickly on start-up whether anything is working at all.
