Recent Update Fixed, NMM version 0.61.17

Sooo, wheres what I have done, .ini are edited then re-edited due to update? because of long load times? soo i had to re-edit both ini files Then installed NMM, (set it to admin always, even: for all users, just in case ( dont think it would matter except, i dont want to meddle with permissions constantly.) Frst thing i tryed was to get the GITS-MKO, before i could download it soo politly called me a noob (lol jk): It said i needed CBBE [got it, it works, i checked (.)(.) ] I got Bodysliders, (i cant get it to work, cant explain, other than no GIT-MKO) then got GIT-MKO but i cant get it to work (soo i double checked its installation requirements, it should work but bodysliders i am unable to get to work) before I jumped to conclusions, I checked to see if there was a command consol call for it via youtube, google, then search "how to obtain GITS Fallout 4" nada.. just sent me to how to install the mod. Soo I went an re-read, installation instructions for Bodysliders, It seems to ether assume alot about the reader or is dated, because some of its instructions make absolutly no sense. and points you to things that no longer exist maybe? Under NMM section of Bodysliders instructions second billet reads Under the (funky lettering) Supported Tools (funky lettering) drop down at the top of NMM, configurate/launch BodySlide and always run it from there. Well if it is there, I cant see it I have checked enough times to get rather frustrated, hunting for where ever it might be also. no luck. even just the ablility to configure/launch bodyslider (its not even in the plug in list, dunno if its suppose to be there or not) third billet reads: If NMM didnt find the Bodyslide folder by itself, you have to select..... with in game (my case steam,) i found the data, but im not sure, in the fashion they wish i did, because its not via NMM, found it via folder explorer, i dont see a way to add the data, or even understand, i am assuming im missing alot of info, but the more i read on this site the more i end up with a big question mark over my head and with a egg fried brain.) 4th and 5th billets i didnt even bother to understand because im along way from thoughs points. sooooo as You see i have no clue and all the directions i keep running into make less and less sense.

One of the reason why the "never trump" movement has been so ineffective since it began is because it has never been unified to support anyone one candidate for any particular reasons. If you are suggesting people will be so moved to go out to vote only to stop Clinton from getting elected, I have very little confidence in this working out well. There already is a precedent that only being against a candidate in an election ends up hurting the other candidate(s) in the race more. In this day and age, I think there are more folks that go out to vote AGAINST some particular candidate, as there are that go out to vote FOR some particular candidate. When all you get is the choice of lesser evils..... what else ya gonna do? Move out... Sounds more expensive than it is... US is ranked 20 (out of 170, that one being N. Korea) in personal freedoms and libertys (not counting Right to Privacy and Right to be Forgotten, Counting thoughs i think its like 38 or 40 area.). With each bill US has been passing, its falling on free country list. US gov is likly to put itself in the position of one major mistake or major action against its people before it gets FUBAR, from within or from multiple free countrys, and i dont want to be in the US to see a blood bath, and/or witch burnings (if it happens from within). Ironically, you have the right to remain silent, but not the right to privacy lol.

I vote for myself to move out of the US permanently.

Since there are soooooo many ways and forms to say Hello. Sooo, yeah almost said "hi~hi" again lol. Yep, Me be new. Not much to say, about myself other than I can be a rather private person. Interests on this site, RP, Fallout 4 mods, learning how to add mods. Friends would be nice, but not nessary (sounds more antisocial than it is aka introvert). I am probably not the person who should add mods (kinda why the title says sub-noob, as in subhuman), but fallout is getting bland quickly and that means I ether stop playing fallout (which would be a waste) or learn a new skill, if or should it be called that.
