I decided to put my pirating ways behind me and give the guys who made this game some well deserved money by starting a new Skyrim experience. Now I am having a problem which is this: http://imgur.com/a/ZCXDm It happens whether I click SkyrimSE or SkyrimSELauncher. I tried downloading the Microsoft Visual 2010 C++ Redistributable as told to me as a solution for the msvcp140dll missing. What I got when I downloaded it and tried to install was this: http://imgur.com/a/OlczP I spent money on this and I really want it to work. I recently transferred my Skyrim game via USB from my old laptop (windows 7) to the new one (windows 10). It works fine, I'm playing it and all but the data files part is greyed out so I cannot manage mods. Yet data files is still greyed out. Do please tell me what to do.

Killable essential characters mod isnt working, I cant kill a certain shopkeeper for example. Also, multiple followers mod isnt working, i cant get more than one follower

I still cant get more than 1 person to follow me,. What may be the problem here?
