Cyborg could be added if you find him in dwemer ruins. He could be a dwemer that tried to modify himself and if you know skyrim lore he could be a look into how the dwemer lived and what their society was like.

I want to try modding Skyrim and the first thing I want to add are guns and a new skill set for them I want to call the Skill set "Gunsmithing" or something similar. The main thing will be adding guns that aren't too OP'd or too weak they would be however stronger than bows and crossbows. Of course I know this would take some research as to add guns that would fit into the world of Skyrim and the Elder Scrolls so most of the guns will be single shot muzzle loading ones with the option to create more at a forge and the ability to create multiple shot guns the max for that I think should be five shots and then reload. To reduce the what needs to be done I want two of the things to be used in the creation of bullets fire salts, coal, and iron or steel. If you use iron then you would get iron bullets and if you use steel then you would get steel bullets. The benefits of each would be that iron bullets are stronger than all arrow types and steel bullets are stronger than iron bullets. I would like to hear suggestions and tips for beginning mod development.

I don't know if it's possible or if it's already been done before, but all I could find is a Game of Thrones mod that changes the names of the holds and characters. It does nothing for the story itself the reason I want something like this is because I have Skyrim on the 360, but I plan on buying it for PC with all DLCs on Steam. I don't know if the Mod's author is planning on adding to the mod or not, but if they do it would great as I think it would give Game of Thrones fans a way to play the story from GoT
