  1. not even for private use? i just want it for myself honestly, but i have no idea how to make/edit/etc mods.
  2. I am unable to locate the mod author as most places i've searched for him/her has banned accounts?
  3. I anyone willing to update this mod for SSE? If anyone's interested please let me know, i can provide the old mod data from Skyrim. Would greatly appreciate it!!!
  4. I believe there's a similar mod for Skyrim and Skyrim LE called "no_autoaim.esp", could one be created or ported to Skyrim SE?
  5. Better Settlement Raids I've been playing fallout 4 for quite some time now (+70hrs) and during this time i've built up 2 settlements, Sactuary Hills (still building) and Star Drive-In (still building). during my +70hrs of play, only 1 settlement got a raid attack, and it wasnt one that im actually actively working on. I'm building mainly in Santuary Hills and it never once got raided. i want it to be raided. So im asking if anyone could build a mod that does the following: Main Features Adds random raid parties against settlements.Raids only happen in settlements with am object like Radio Beacon that is ON. (like mod raids are only possible if the tower is ON, kinda like a trigger.)Settlers assigned to a Scavaging Station can retrieve loot from bodies.Raids can happen at any time of day or night and during any weather type.The party size of Raids ignore settlement size, Defenses, and # of settlers (if these things are factored). Optional Features Random raid sizes (from small: 3 - 5, medium: 8 - 10, and large: 15+)Player can specify the frequency of raids (maybe like the way it was done in Wasteland Defense and Tundra Defense?) where there could be a Base time limit and then an additional ammount of time can be set to randomly add or subtract x amount of time from it?Simultaneous raids where all parties involved are against each other (for example: raiders + super mutants = Settlers vs Raiders vs Super Mutants (practically a free for all))A Tower Defense Mode that can be activated through an addon object (something that can be placed within the settlement and then switched ON to begin), sarting from small raid parties and increasing in size. Maybe this mode can grant prizes for progression? (for example: waves 1 - 3 win 50 Wood, waves 4 - 8 win 50 Copper, etc.)Endless Mode that will constantly span an enemy/enemies that steadily increase in number over time. (for example: Start - 3 enemies, after 3 - 5 mins add 2 enemies, afer another 3 - 5 mins add another 2 minutes, continuous). This mode should be triggered with a key press so player can stop the spawns from continuing (this should be assignable), also the if this where triggered by a placable object, the Player may not be able to get to that object if he/she wishes to end the mode.(Maybe needed) Increased health for Settlers (so they dont die if thats a thing). This should be an optional addon for balancing reasons.(Maybe needed) Increased chance of new Settlers. Raid Factions RaidersSuper MutantsSynthsGhoulsRobot Raiders?Others (at Modder's desgretion) Thanks for taking the time to read through this.
  6. i apologize for double posting.. this code will work with toolboks if you move the [find[/[replace] codes and hex to the bottom of file :3
  7. Yeah, i dont use steam nor do i have it installed. dont want it eiter, i prefer to purchase cd's rather than cloud downloading. a lot of mods i've been finding lately require steam paths be search... and i have 3 hard drives and i install games to only 2 of them (none of them on C:\)
  8. @ Berttilsson - thanx man, i'll check it later EDIT:: Ok so here's whats going on, i cant get Toolboks to load the mod, at first it complained that there were no [FIND]/[REPLACE] code, so i applied it from page 1 here... : MOD_NAME=Stunfest AUTHOR=johnnylump DESCRIPTION=ToolBoks Stunfest [FIND] e2 82 00 00 16 1e 00 00 c8 42 16 [REPLACE] e2 82 00 00 16 1e 00 00 48 42 16 UPK_FILE=XComGame.upk OFFSET=7641567 {org value C8} [MODDED_HEX] 48 UPK_FILE=XComGame.upk OFFSET=7873180 {org value 09} [MODDED_HEX] 24 UPK_FILE=XComGame.upk OFFSET=9353093 {org value 02} [MODDED_HEX] 0a Now Toolboks is saying it can run the mod because: "the REPLACE byte pattern contains invalid hex characters. possible comments outside of comment block" Any idea of how to fix this?
  9. i've managed to uncompress the upk, found the functions and folders... and i have no idea what to do from here. >.>'' can i have more detailed instructions please? I actually cant find the specific HEX values you've specified (unless they are either differ on yours or becuase i'm running warspace)...
  10. If someone could make a mod that changes the stun chance of the arkthrower to 90%(or 100%), id greatly appreciate it. I just think its total BS that a man can stan next to any foe and yeild only a 32% (sometimes less) chance to stun... that is stupid... Even in th initial cutscene instroducing the concept it is explained that all one needs to do to stun any alien is to point and use... why are Earth's most elite soldiors missing at point blank range with a stun ray is retarded.. please do this! :3
  11. I cant figure this out either. Maybe someone can create this as mod (preferably one that doesn't require Steam)? >.>'' Personally i dont mind the 2 shot limit with the ark thrower, but i do think it total BS that shooting an enemy with it at point black range wields anything less than a 90% hit ratio... maybe i'll request this in the neccessary section >.>
  12. I'm requesting if someone can provide in a .rar or .zip file the neccessary files that corrispond to the Reaction Fire Mod. I cannot get this mod to install becuase i dont use Steam and many mods seem to require it.
