does any know how to convert pc nexus mods to xbox 360 no jtag?

I am curious how do you make mods for fallout new vegas.

Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas when ever i try to find this noting comes up and i been playing fallout nv for a hour now helllp and when i try to do nvse it won't work when i try to play project nevada it says like problem loading nvse or it can't so please heeelep
