ENB: Having trouble installing
CxxProphet replied to Deleted34781260User's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Which ENB are you trying to use? Not all are compatible with the latest version of ENB Series. -
I've been having trouble trying to get DynDOLOD installed so I'm looking for an alternative to objects popping in ( trees and buildings ). Even after watching Gamer Poets tutorial on installing DynDOLOD, my file saves don't redirect me to a destination to save to when I choose "Save To", rather it's just saved to my general downloads list, but I still have it installed in my Load Order along with TES5LODGen, it's just I don't know how to actually access them. I know about uGridsToLoad, but I also know that it's also a bit tricky to do. My PC is more than up to the task of having distant objects appear, but I don't know what settings to use if I decided to tweak uGrids. My specs are i7-6700 GTX Classified 980 16GB RAM. If someone has a similar PC, then I'd love to know what settings you have your LODs at. Though I'd still like to try DynDOLOD since it's already in my load order. I've had it installed the same time I had Real Vision installed, but I just haven't been able to fix trees and buildings popping in when I get close enough.

I've been sifting through my load order and I think I should look into reorganizing some of my mods. All the +'s and -'s for each of these mods are bringing out in the inner OCD in me, though when it comes to in-game, these mods work as intended and don't cause me any problems. Although I'm not sure if reorganizing these will corrupt my game progress. These mods here are some of the first ones to begin my 'novelty' mods section of the load order as everything before that are all the recommended mods and patches for Real Vision. I just have 158 mods installed atm.

Are There Any Non-Skimpy CBBE Dawnguard Armors?
CxxProphet replied to xDragonFire1115x's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
They have to be: 1. BodySlide-compatible. 2. Have the meshes generated by BodySlide with your preset selected and the RM Morphs box checked. I have this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50814/? which someone linked me and when I had installed it, the CBBE bodysliders in racemenu actually worked and the values scaled along with that part of the armor, but then the day after something happened and it suddenly started giving me clipping issues. My body kept clipping through the armor regardless of how little I had the values set to. Now it doesn't even work and I'm back to having a flat chest again. I haven't really bothered trying to fix it at this point, I went to that link of all the CBBE armors and downloaded the TERA armors and all of them are conforming to my body as they should be. I'm worried about downloading the HDT conversion for the CBBE TERA Armors since I don't really want a repeat of what happened with the Scarlet Dawn CBBE conversion even though I know all it will do is add the HDT physics, I have HDT Physics installed, but I just don't want to get a flat body again. That version you linked is just for the base body, not BodySlide. Here. It was in the mod list. Not sure how you managed to get a non-BodySlide-compatible outfit to work in RM, unless you were just using the basic sliders that come with RM. Oh right ya that's the one I'm using, I musta linked the wrong one by accident, I didn't double check the link. But yes, currently I have both the sliders that came with racemenu and the CBBE Bodysliders as well, the CBBE sliders I was using for the Scarlet Dawn armor after I was provided the link which started working after I had installed the CBBE conversion for the armor. Or maybe the load order is wrong since I put it after the original mod so that its completely overwritten. In any case, the TERA armors are working fine for me and most of them provide much better armor ratings than Scarlet Dawn anyway. -

I have the CBBE Scarlet Dawn variant but it never conforms to my characters body, she goes from having normal looking breats to a straight up flat chest when I equip the armor. Same goes for the CBBE variant of the Celes Nightingale Armor. I even have the CBBE bodysliders in Racemenu but those don't do anything. I find it odd some of these CBBE armors conform to my body while others make my character as flat as can be. -
I only just started not to long ago on the PC version Skyrim after me and my cousin shared our libraries, one of the games he had was Skyrim: Legendary Edition. I played PS3 version of the Legendary Edition alot, but I don't know how many hours I have in total. I have played Skyrim since it's launch though owning both the Legendary Edition and vanilla versions on PS3.

You have quite a few script heavy mods. Also all those Sexlab mods are notorious for causing tons of CTD's and Infinite Loading Screens. It's been highly recommended that you run Skyrim practically vanilla if you plan on using Sexlab for fun and not for an actual playthrough. I also don't see a Bashed Patch or FNIS Patch mod unless you have those named to something else. All those animation mods also cause CTD's and infinite loading screens if you aren't running FNIS every time you remove or install an animation mod though having a lot of animation based mods will cause that anyway with or without updating FNIS. Sexlab in particular adds quite a few animations. With so many script heavy mods in your list, your CPU is most likely being pushed to its limits and can't handle it. Each of the major holds in Skyrim also eat a small chunk of VRAM, especially the docks at Windhelm, but that might not be what's causing your problems, it's all those mods you have. You need to double check and make sure none of those have compatibility issues. --- Sure someone here who's used some of those mods will know more than I do and can help you more. But I recommend you remove all the Sexlab related mods or remove a large chunk of everything not sexlab related, run FNIS and update it, Then load your game and see if anything changes. Another problem might be that you did not set up SKSE and your memory patch right, if you did then the culprit is that GPU your using.

Has anyone ever played all the way through with full load order?
CxxProphet replied to yudhi108's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I had some problems with some mods like BreezeFullyUpgraded and JK's Whiterun which were giving me tons of infinite loading screens. I have everything sorted out now and got rid of those two mods during a playthrough. I've only got 149 mods and a chunk of it are all the recommended graphical/lighting improvement mods on the Real Vision page as well as Real Vision itself, rest are weapons, armor, hair and a couple of novelty mods like animations and Rayeks End. I haven't started Dragonborn yet as I had just finished Hearthfire and doing a lot of side quests in the meantime and get some exp in before starting another major quest but I do plan on doing a full playthrough. I'll add more mods after finishing my current game. Adding script inducing mods during a playthrough will give you alot of problems, so it's always best to start a fresh game if you plan on adding those kind of mods.- 22 replies

Looking for some certain swords/greatswords.
CxxProphet replied to CxxProphet's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Ya when I meant searching for them, I meant that I used both The Nexus search and Google, but with The Nexus I always got "No File Found" regardless of how specific I was and Google kept sending me links of nexus files hidden by the authors. Sucks about the Rebellion Sword, was hoping that was on The Nexus. -
With all the weapon mods out there I don't have the time to spare to sift through every single page to find the ones I'm looking for and searching for them gave me no results either, so I'm assuming none of these exist. I'm looking for: The Dragon Slayer - Beserker. The Greatsword of Artorias - Dark Souls. The Rebellion Sword - Devil May Cry. The Sparta - Devil May Cry. Blades of Exile - God of War III Blades of Olympus - God of War III Gladius - Final Fantasy 13 I know that there's also a Lightning mod to turn your character into Lightning from FF13, but the one I found requires the UNP body and that mod is listed as hidden by the mod author, so I would like to know if there's one for CBBE. Edit: For some reason, I have a duplicate thread with a different title, please delete the duplicate.

Small showcase video of how my Skyrim looks now
CxxProphet replied to laiilaiiheii's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I've got an i7-6700 Non-K, and a Classified 980 though I'm saving up for the 1080 by the end of August and I'm thinking about replacing my Non-K for the unlocked version so i can do some OC. I like how Real Vision looks with all the mods listed in the RV page. I personally like the more colorful graphics, the bigger trees for example look so good in Riverwood and all the forested areas around Falkreath and the forested area between the east side of the Throat of The World and Windhelm. It just makes the trees much more natural and fits alittle better in the Skyrim Universe, plus I like how greener they look with Real Vision. Vanilla Skyrim is just so bland, so I stayed away from ENBs that simply made it graphically better while keeping the game true to its Vanilla form. That and I wanted to test the capabilities of my PC as I had just recently built this one. -

CxxProphet replied to laiilaiiheii's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I just use Real Vision along with all the mods from the RV page it included to make Skyrim look like the screen shots shown. I'd give other ENBs a try but a couple of the ones I was looking at weren't compatible with the RV listed rec mods and I spent roughly 4-5 hours getting all those mods downloaded, installed and getting Real Vision itself set up. I can't uninstall RV from the exe so I think I'm pretty much stuck with it. After I had installed all that, I saw a video of someone's Skyrim and it seriously looked next gen, was like the graphics were on par with FFXV. It was pretty amazing. -
Enhanced Character Edit already offers those options, even goes as far as allowing you to individually edit each of your characters fingers as well as the advanced editor that allows you to mess around with the mesh for the face.
-
I was just browsing a mod that you are describing, I'll have to sift through my history and I'll give you the link. But I'm sure someone will link it to you before then.
-
I'm not sure if it did, though I never say no to utility or patch files, either way my infinite loading screens went away the moment I had installed Safety Load. Beats having to go and do multiple steps and messing with an ini file to do so. It's one thing I hate most about modding these kind of games. Plus it's a highly endorsed and highly downloaded file so it's easy to know it's a legit mod.
-
I was digging through some problems on why I was having guaranteed infinite loading screens everytime I would try to fast travel or loading Whiterun and I came across this nifty little mod. It's called Safety Load and it helps with that exact problem and nullifies infinite Loading screens. Now I no longer get inf screens. Note this will not help in any way with CTD's, this mod is only for helping with infinite loading screens. This helps a lot if you have a medium sized amount of mods installed. Having hundreds of mods may not help even with Safety Load. Especially if many of the mods you have installed are for added textures and objects which Safety Load targets by allocating memory. It'll still help if you have the more resource intense mods like Open Cities or any individual city mod like JK's series and such but you'll most likely not have as many infinite loading screens. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46465/? I personally didn't have to do the added steps in case you're still getting infinite loading screens as I only have a handful of mods ( 142 ). So it really was just download and activate.
-
I'll give it a go, I had also downloaded Safety Load and that seemingly fixed my infinite loading screen problem. Past couple days when I had loaded a game, I was trying to fast travel to Solitude from Winterhold but I was always hit by an infinite loading screen, I couldn't fast travel anywhere else without getting hit by it, so I loaded a previous save in front of the gate to Whiterun, but it was the same thing. Then through some digging I found a mod called Safety Load which is a bug fix that helps to mitigate and get rid of infinite loading screens. Now I'm having a smooth game again with the occasional CTD which I'm still figuring out what's causing it. But I think I'm going to have go back and just start a new game.

Mod Organizer, Patchus Maximus and Merged Plugins
CxxProphet replied to YukiNoOkami's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I thought creating a merged patch for every mod wasn't a good idea to do. I have 146 mods atm and I can't seem to figure out why I get thousands of infinite loading screens. Though I'm not sure if creating a merged patch will solve it. -
From what I know, most modders will use the vanilla meshes and modify them to have better textures or use a character they created and use that as a base for their mesh. Though if you're trying to do something else, I wouldn't know, I didn't spend a whole lot of time with 3DS Max.

Can you link where you read this? I'm intensely curious because I've never copied my main profile to run FNIS dependent mods. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I load up my mods, launch the generate FNIS for users tool, tick off the patches I need and update FNIS behavior. I run the tool every time I add or remove a mod (though tbh I don't usually do an add or removal in the middle of a playthrough) and I don't have any issues with my animation mods. This is quoted from a STEP Staff member, but I got confused as to what he was talking about, been a couple weeks since I heard anything back from him after replying to this comment. "Each MO profile must have it's own matching FNIS output mod for that specific set of animations. e.g. MO profile called Tester1 must have a FNIS output (the files created by FNIS after running the tool) called something specific to that profile: FNIS-Output-Tester1 MO profile called Tester2 has FNIS-Output-Tester2 etc.The output must match EXACTLY the set of animation used when FNIS was run last. However there is an issue with some mods from LL that causes T-poses or incorrect animations when switching profiles because the animations used by FNIS are removed after the output is generated. Sorry but there is no current fix for this besides reinstalling each animation mod and FNIS upon switching profiles. It is due to the packaging of some of those mods. The other issues you mention are to do with load order and I suggest you examine one of the guides here in STEP to see the correct placement." I see. You don't actually need to copy a profile. I mean, unless you just want a different profile. It sounds like swapping profiles with MO while using LL mods can cause animation issues. I don't use MO for Skyrim, nor do I use LL mods so I'm afraid I can't be much help there. I can only offer that keeping animations simple, not swapping them out mid-game, and making sure you run Generate FNIS for user will reduce any issues you may be having. I don't use a lot of animation mods, because they tend to argue. I have a couple, maybe three that I enjoy using. I don't have issues with performance, and no more CTD's than I have without the animations. And on that note - I would also offer that your CTD issues may not be animation related. Well the other issue I have is that I get alot of infinite loading screens, particulary when I'm trying to fast travel or when loading Whiterun. Whiterun is practically a guaranteed infinite loading screen and I think it's because I had installed both JK's Whiterun and Breezehome Extended during a game, but had removed them as they were causing alot of infinite loading screens when trying to load a game from breeze or Whiterun, so I removed both those mods. At the moment though, I'm being plagued by infinite loading screens with the occasional CTD. But when I had read up on both STEP and Reddit, animations were the main cause of a CTD if you have a few of them. I've been thinking that most likely I'll need to create a new game and start fresh since I'm contempt with the mods I have though I still want one of those custom house mods. Still can't get the ini file for Memory Block Log to appear whenever i download it as seen in the tutorial video for it. So I can't tell if the infinite loading screens are coming from overloaded blocks though my Classified 980 should be absorbing it all.

3 things only 1 is problem though
CxxProphet replied to MistressArianna's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
If you just want to have sex with NPC's then use Animated Prostitution. No need for Amorous Adventures or Sexlab either. Just make sure you have the required mods before hand. So you can bang everyone from Serana to Lydiot to the common guards. You can also bang yourself if your using a female character. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10748/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D10748&pUp=1
