evreyone in the guild insists that i am still in an active quest givin by Aela the huntress. however, i have completed the quest. so therefore can not gain anymore quests from anyone in the companions. can someone help?

any suggestions for PS3?

days ago i did a quest, the Forge-Masters fingers which has me kill everyone in a cave and take the gauntlets. Its now complete. Today i am doing a quest for the companions. Striking the heart. the issue is im supposed to go to the same cave and kill the silver hand leader, however when i completed the Forge-Masters fingers, i killed everyone in the cave. so my quest marker lands on a dead guy and the quest wont update as him being dead....any suggestions???!!!
