M&B1 Rim world mod creation request

I asked myself : Would it be possible to create a mod for rimworld Where YOU can Play as a megaspider Queen build your own colony terrorise other npcs. And even more i couldnt even think about Kind of awsome mod this could be but sadly i reconized "Hey i cant Create Mods" :( SO IF THERE IS A MOD CREATOR OUT THERE WHO LOVES RIMWORLD AND MEGASPIDERS LIKE ME COULD YOU CREATE A MOD LIKE THIS ?
