  1. Hi everyone, âI just barely started making mods, and have made my first clothing mod. I know it seems silly that I am asking about HDT physics because I know so little about modding. But I was wondering if there is a way to add HDT physics to a Unp Armor. I have just created a dress mod which has a mermaid skirt, but since the skirt is a mermaid fit, it clips really bad currently. I was thinking by adding HDT physics it might fix the clipping and just allow the bottom half of the skirt to fall more naturally and perhaps make it look more like a fit and flare skirt. I do have body slider and outfit studio but I am having a hard time finding resources that explain the basics and explain them well enough that I can apply it to my dress mod. If anyone could share some good sources I would be forever Grateful!!!! These are Images of the silhouette, I'm just not even sure it would work with the silhouette in the way that I'm hoping because of how I modeled it. The dress mod is modeled on a unp body, I've heard you can changed the hdt physics in outfit studio using the uunp body, but I'm not sure how.
  2. Thank you so much, this is incredibly helpful! :) I've already got a new normal map set up. :)
  3. Hi guys, I was wondering if someone else who knows more then I could help me out. I've just barely started creating my first clothing mod for Skyrim and am in the very early stages. I've created it in 3ds max, exported it to mudbox, sculpted it and exported it back. In 3ds max, the map I am using is a vector displacement map. But I heard that as far as maps go for games like Skyrim a bump map, or a displacement map should be used rather then a vector displacement map. So I was wondering which should I use to keep the best quality of the sculpt but keeping it manageable for the game renderer? This is an image of the Corset sculpt and textures I have made, the texture is not complete by any means and is still a work in progress.
