I found an another way to open NVSE up, I had to open up steam in administrator mode.

Hello, I need help because I can't install most of the mods. Whenever I try to activate nvse_loader.exe (which is moved to my fallout new vegas folder), a command promt appears, then disappears and an error appears which has:

 

Steam Error

 

 

Application load error: P:0000065432

 

 

and the only thing i can press is OK, and it shuts down.

 

I tried reinstalling many times while reading the install instructions, but the same happens.

 

Maybe that's because my fallout on steam is called Fallout New Vegas RU.
