Same problem here, am actually wondering if deleting her and then re-spawning her outside whiterun near the stables might fix the problem.

Which mods enable more followers without breaking the game too much, I just want to carry a small party but no need for 20 X features added to it, because I am worried that might kill the save if I disable the mod at some point, update it or has a bigger chance to conflict because of that.
