Perk Loadout Manager Mod Fallout 76.
greenhornet59 replied to greenhornet59's topic in Fallout 76's Discussion
Thanks for that, much appreciated -
Anybody who uses perk loadout manager mod in fallout 76 if possible can you set me straight on how to delete/change a perk slot, I created a perk slot so I could use the lockpicking perk cards but for some reason it saved a set of perk cards I already have a slot for, so now I have two of the same perk cards in two different slots, not sure how you change that (if you can!!!).

Can we get a mod for the excavator power armour to allow a jet pack to be attached without losing the bonus weight.

Mods You Would Like To See
greenhornet59 replied to TheGadget1945's topic in Fallout 76's Discussion
There are a few mods I would like to see implemented in this game and first one would be a mod so we can increase our carry weight now that the Beth idiots went and patched the glitch in the game, also an ability to build a bigger home base as mine is maxed out with only 3 or 4 turrets, I know they increased the stash size but it is still not enough obviously to stop people winging about server lagging etc we would need to have offline play or personal servers. I ask myself what is the point of this game anyway, at least with FO4 we had a story of sorts to follow and then the modders made it a better game but in this game what do we have, we can only carry the minimum amount of weapons as well as stimpacks etc and run around finding new weapons, clothing etc only to find we can't carry them, have no where to show them off especially PA, what was the point in putting these items in the world in the first place. I have read comments from other gamers who say "stop winging and play the game as it is supposed to be played" what exactly is that, running around killing things to be rewarded with items you have to eventually drop as you go over the carry limit. -
Thanks for that, as I have quite a few mods it is not going to be easy finding out which one/s are the culprits, I have used Loot and that is not coming back with any conflict and with my limited knowledge of FO4Edit I have cleaned some of the mods but I am not sure how to check for conflicts if any and how to rectify them if it finds conflicts as I could end up doing more harm than good. Any suggestions as to which is the best way to find mod conflicts and how to rectify them, it is obvious something is not right because beside what I have already outlined I am now finding that Synth Shaun who I have at Spectacle Island has suddenly stopped asking me to collect gear for him and beside generic dialogue I can't interact with him anymore plus Ada won't let me recruit her even though she asks me questions I can't reply so I am stuck with both of them on spectacle island and no way of commanding them.

Hi Was wondering if maybe I could get some clarification on two things that have been happening to me for quite a while now (just been putting up with them), as I said in the header I absolutely love Fallout 4 but these two things are testing my patience. First---While I am playing the game I can go through quite a few doors and do not CTD but then one random door and bang, CTD but as soon as I reload the game and it puts me back in front of the offending door I click on it and no problems it lets me through, WHY!!!!!!!!! you would think if there was a problem with this particular door then it would crash every time I tried to go through and as I said it is random so I have no idea which door is suddenly going to become evil. Second---When I travel to Far Harbor and go to my settlement at echo lake lumber, I have previously built there but now at certain spots within the build it will CTD and I have tried to install a recruitment beacon but as soon as I connect power to it CTD, so at the moment I have only 3 settlers there and a partially built house, any suggestions on why this suddenly started to CTD. Thanks

Hi I was wondering if someone can help, I am doing the quest given by Dana to get all the nuka schematics everything was going fine until I hit the one to collect for Nuka Overdrive, I went onto the troubleshooting page on the mod authors website and it suggests to console command and get the quest I/D by typing in "help nukastationquest 0", I did this and it comes back with 4FAB0034, so I console commanded it by typing in setstage 4fab0034 70, but nothing happened, it did not recognise this. I have also tried to complete the quest by typing in the same numbers but using 100 (as this is one of the last stages of the quest) again did not recognise the command. What am I doing wrong!!! as I can't advance with this quest at the moment, any help would be greatly received. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Below is what is on the mod authors page: After completing the main quest, Dana Feyton at Club Fusion will give you a side quest called "Things Go Better with Nuka Cola". Dana is sick of Raiders stealing the Nuka Cola shipments to Club Fusion, so she gives the player a quest to find the machine schematics and recipes so that Club Fusion can start making its own Nuka Cola in-house. The quest takes you all over the Commonwealth to find the schematics and recipes, which are located on 9 different terminals, each guarded by various enemies. These are all vanilla terminals. If another mod alters those same terminals, and that mod is lower in load order than Fusion City Rising, you may not find the recipe on the terminal as intended. Here are the quest stages: Quest ID = xxAB0034, Editor ID = NukaStationQuest Stage Objective 1 Talk to Dana Feyton at Club Fusion 10 Find the Nuka-Station Schematics at Wicked Shipping 20 Find a Nuka-Cola Recipe (Nuka Fission) near Mass Fusion Containment (1/8) 30 Find a New Nuka-Cola Recipe (Nuka Flash) in Jamaica Plain (2/8) 40 Find a New Nuka-Cola Recipe (Nuka Boost) at the National Guard Training Yard (3/8) 50 Find a New Nuka-Cola Recipe (Nuka Jet Fuel) at the GNN Building (4/8) 60 Find a New Nuka-Cola Recipe (Nuka Fury) in Quincy (5/8) 70 Find a New Nuka-Cola Recipe (Nuka Overdrive) at the Federal Ration Stockpile (6/8) 80 Find a New Nuka-Cola Recipes (Nuka Products) at Beantown Brewery (7/8) 90 Find a New Nuka-Cola Recipe (Nuka Clear) at Vault 95 (8/8) 100 Talk to Dana 101 Completes Quest How to advance the quest via console command Step 1: Console command: help NukaStationQuest 0. This will return the Quest ID. Step 2: Console command: setstage <QuestID> <Stage NUM>. Sets a current quest to a specific stage, completing all objectives before it. Use this command to complete bugged objectives. Step 3: Now add the item that you were supposed to find in a given stage, e.g. Nuka Overdrive. Console command: help "overdrive" 4. Find the 8 digit code for Nuka Overdrive from the list that pops up. Then console command: player.additem xxxxxxxx to add the Nuka Overdrive holotape to your inventory. Replace xxxxxxxx with the 8 digit code from the list on the console.

Hi Guys When in building mode and you have a few companions following you, like me do you not think it is a pain in the butt when the companions keep walking into the exact spot you want to place a bed for example or just generally get in the way, does anyone know of a mod or something to stop these companions doing this without having to tell every companion to stay. Or should I put this post into the mod idea section and see if someone can make a mod to do this!!! Thanks

Hi I work away and when I got back and opened up MO2 to play the game it would not let me update any of my mods or download from Nexus, after looking on line I find out NMM has changed the script or soemthing so you can't now download. So I installed manually the MO from Nexus, version V2.0.7 thinkinjg that would solve the problem (still trying to understand what I need to do to allow me to download or update my mods) anyway now after downloading the MO from Nexus it will not recognise any of my so called Non MO Mods which I have 13 off and when I open MO2, I get these errors "Failed to load icon/MO/gui/content/mesh" I get 10 of these errors whith the same kind of pathway except some will say " plugin or texture, script, sound and bsa" at the end of the pathway. I cancel the errors and the game loads fine, what do I need to do to get this version of MO to recognise the non mo mods also how do I get back the ability to download or update mods on MO2. Thanks

Same here, never had problems removing them with a scrap mod

Thanks will give that a go

Hi Guys Thanks for the valuable feedback, I did as you both suggested and uninstalled and reinstalled Valdacils mod and that seemed to have done the trick, just in defense of that one, I did read it but it was quite confusing when I first did it and I thought I needed all the patches which obviously now in hindsight I did not. In regard to the scrapper mod I have got the the core file, the ultimate edition, but it is telling me to delete the vault tec one and even though it is in my load order I can't seem to see how you would go about deleting it without deleting the whole mod. The scrapper corpse highlight one is telling me to enable the automatron and far harbor patch for this one but again I don't know how to go about doing that because in MO2 the core file is the one you enable in the load order . Thanks again

Hi I was hoping someone could have a look at the below errors I have been getting when I do my load order through Loot, not sure what I am supposed to do to rectify them. I have a few errors in relation to Valdacils Item Sorting also a scrap everything which is telling me to delete it but I don't know how to delete it off MO2, at the moment I have deselected it in the load order and another one is the "Scrapper Corpse Highlighting" it is telling me that I have not enabled the two patches but again no idea how to go about it. If someone can help that would be great. Thanks Loot Information Scrap Everything - Vault-Tec Workshop.esp 3181BEB8Delete. Already included in Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition.esp. Hi I have just started using FO4Edit and I have managed to work out hown to clean the mods I have but when I go on youtube to find out how to fix errors they all seem to be older tutorials and I was wondering if any one knew of a more up to date one that I could follow using MO2, all the ones I see are referencing Skyrim. I have an error message coming up with Ada2Human mod and it tells me "Warning: Ada2Human script not found on Ada, most likley due to another mod overwriting NPC Data. Please verify your load order and try this save/new game again" When I cleaned the ada mod there were no conflicts that I could see, so it would be good if there is a tutorial that can walk me through how to find and deal with conflicts pertaining to MO2. Thanks

Hi When you download a mod that requires you to use a chem to uninstall, it is a bit of a pain when you forget to use that chem and it messes up the game once you have uninstalled, I know some people may say it is your own damn fault and thery are correct, but if you have quite a few mods installed it is very easy to forget and then the damage is done. It would be great if someone can make a mod that reverses this process in game by, maybe making a new chem and then ingesting that one which then would allow you to uninstall the mod properly, I have just been caught out with the Claptrap mod, I downloaded it but then realised it was having no impact to my game so I uninstalled it now I have an invisible claptrap running around spectacle island and no way to dimiss it or shut it down. I know we have menu fixer mods but I have tried that and it does not undo this particular problem. Thanks
-
Thanks SirTwist I know about the mod on Nexus, that is why I asked the question, because I was not sure if I needed to update as my version is not prompting me to update and most importantly that it would not stuff up what I have now ie. would it seamlessley merge with the old one or would I have to start all over again and as jessegtgt said that "the vast majority of us MO users has not updated in a few years now" so I take that as if it is not broken why fix it.
-
Thanks for that Jessegtgt So, from what you said, it is not harming anything really if I leave it as it is as I would hate to upset the status quo so to speak, the MO I have now is not prompting me to update but if it does then I will do as you suggest. Thanks again for the advice.

Hi I have had Mod Organizer for a while now in fact my version is 2.0.7.0 so by now I would imagine it is an old version and I want to download the latest one, I have noticed that there is a download available on Nexus, my question is do I download this as a normal mod or do I have to get the latest version off the main site and either way will it just replace the old one seamlessly as I am afraid it will stuff everything up.
-
Thanks very much for the advice, much appreciated.
-
Thanks RedRocketTV, now that there is what I call an answer, that is probably the best answer I have got to a query to date, thanks very much, I will try and do what you have mentioned, do you know if there is a youtube video or something that can visually walk me through especially the last part of the answer about the second install. If not then I will attempt to do what you have mentioned.

Just further to the above post, I know no one has replied but at this stage as I said in the first post I would like to start playing Frost but I am a little bit concerned considering what happened with my existing mods, I have looked at quite a bit of information to do with installing Frost and I don't think I did anything wrong from that aspect but someone was saying it is best to un tick the mods in Mod Organizer and just leave the mods which relate to Frost and then I suppose if I wanted to go back to the vanilla game then I re tick the vanilla mods and un tick the Frost mods. Is there a way to create a second lot of saves so the Frost saves (male and female)l can be attached to that so any saves then made through playing frost will not impact on the vanilla saves. Any advice will be appreciated.
