I found it pretty easy to workaround this issue yesterday by running NMM, running the launcher, then re-checking everything in the NMM list. I can't believe how quickly you guys came up with a real solution to the problem. Thank you! Bigger problem: why the heck is Bethesda sabotaging our ability to mod? Also changed yesterday: used to be able to get to the "data files" menu on the launcher by clicking the bright spot under the right eye of the helmet- that is gone too. Is Bethesda attempting to stop us from modding and what prompted that departure from the Bethesda model?

OK in the runup to release Bethesda made it seem that Fallout 4 would be their most mod-friendly game ever. That really does not seem to be the case- first they hide their own file manager under the right eye in the launcher, now they disable modding completely. I've got over 250 hours in, this is not a time I want my game broken. Have the bean counters taken over at Bethesda too?

Same here. Noticed some things: 1- the "hotspot' that got us to Bethesda's mod file list on the launcher (directly under the right eye of the helmet) no longer works. 2. If you enable mods in NMM, switch to the "plugins' list- all are checked. Launch game. Wait a sec. The game "unselects' all installed mods. It is looking like Bethesda decided it would be great fun to break our games now that we are pushing 13+ days of gametime and nearing full completion. It really sucks that we cannot reject updates piped down to us until we know they won't break our games.

me too. Annoying and disappointing. No fix from the 'unofficial' patch either- my workbenches keep resetting to 'small house layout', usually if I leave and come back, but finally right before my eyes as I tried to just bite the bullet and rebuild everything.
