  1. I've just finished installing Markie's FO3 overhaul guide, found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23468?tab=description Currently using Mod Organizer 1 Legacy as my mod manager. I booted up the game for some post-overhaul troubleshooting, and it appears that something is capping my framerate at 30 FPS. My first instinct was to check the various .ini files to see if any frame limiters were enabled via Fallout Stutter Remover or the ENBLocal file. Nothing I found explains the cap: In the enblocal.ini: [LIMITER] WaitBusyRenderer=false EnableFPSLimit=false FPSLimit=60.0 In sr_Fallout_Stutter_Remover.ini: bInject_iFPSClamp = 1 (setting this to 0 has no effect) fMaximumFPS = 59 fMinimumFPS = 15 iFPS_Report_Period = 15000 fExtraSleepPercent =0.05 Tried setting bManageFPS = 0 as well - no dice. From the Mod Organizer ini editor, I also tried changing iPresentInterval=0 in both Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini - no dice. V-sync is also disabled in the Fallout launcher, and switched to OFF in Nvidia Control Panel for both Fallout3.exe and fose_load.exe, just in case. No change either way. The problem persists whether I launch the game via MO (using FOSE) or via the vanilla launcher. Disabling all mods via MO doesn't help either. I've also tried switching between G-Sync and Fixed Refresh modes in Nvidia Control Panel - no change. At this point, I've run out of ideas. Hardware: GTX 1080 (8 GB) i7 6700k @ 4.5 ghz 16 GB RAM ASUS PG279Q, set to 120 hz refresh mode Windows 10 Professional, 64-bit Modlist: Load Order: Merged Patch is unticked in the plugin menu. Happy to provide any additional information.
