Hi. I'd love to start contributing to the XCOM universe by adding my own alien units, but unfortunately I have very little programming experience. I've yet to find a simple enough tutorial for someone of my skill level; all I've found so far ranges from the completely unhelpful to overly complicated (again, for someone of my skill level). In case you're wondering what my skill level is, well, I can make .ini edits and create simple class mods. I understand that many people who actually have the talent to make these mods may not have the time or the patience to break everything down in layman's terms for some random person on the internet, but with the new Alien Hunters DLC now available it has inspired me to want to improve my modding skills. So! If you could point me in the direction of anything or anyone that could help, I'd be truly grateful. Thanks for reading. :happy:
