Just wanted to know if anyone knew the directory or file that needs to be expanded to find the sound files of the gun shots?

Hello, Does anyone know a way to lower the command radio guy's volume? I'm not talking about other players reporting volume. No idea if there is a mod out or not. Thanks a bunch!
