This problem has never been fixed. I just install fallout new vegas, did all the necessary step to make enb work and load inside the game. But it doesn't show inside the game when it start. I use MO and install corectly fnv4gb, stutter remover, bordeless window, I have tried the injector and the wrapper and nothing seems to work. And there is no workaround or solution on the internet.

I had the same issu but with french to english. I did install a lot of mods from a clean install without knowing that my game was still in french. After downloading the 3gb patch for english my game wasn't moded corectly and without knowing wich mod that was making my game crash I had to re-download everything and making sure that everything was in english and perfect before re-installing any mod.
