  1. I think I'm going to keep my adblocker on and put up some cash. Do not like ads floppin about and trying to make themselves known, but this site has definitely added a ton of value to my games.
  2. Trying to narrow down the issue, I found out it was actually all npcs, not just the ones I created. Turning my mod off solves the problem though. Any ideas what I might have screwed up?
  3. I'm following the creationkit.com Quest Design Fundamentals tutorial. Have done everything up to and including the 3rd part, Dialogue. When I go in game and attempt to talk to the created NPC, nothing happens. Anyone know why this is happening?
  4. I'm looking for help or reporting an issue or something; I'm sure I can probably just solve this with the console. Just want to put it out there. For background information, I have finished thieves guild and the college of winterhold quests. Went to the college to turn in some random quest about getting something enchanted for someone; ran into Onmund. Took his quest to get his amulet back, went to Enthir, took Enthir's option to get his staff back. I get no quest marker to point out where it might be, so i looked it up at uesp. Turns out I need a grand staff of charming, which i have had stuck in my inventory for the longest time as a quest item with no identifiable related quest. The quest text told me to go to Yngvild to get it, which I have been to before and cleared (no idea if that's where I picked up the staff or not). Yngvild showed up as 'cleared' on my map. Went inside, everybody's dead, everything looted. Went back outside, waited 4 days, went back inside, everyone still dead. Anyone else had this happen? I'm not experienced in using the console, or bug-fixing in general, so all I have tried at this point is player.removeitem <staff id> and then adding it back to my inventory. That had no effect. I figure I can just delete it and finish the quest with the console, but a solution or workaround would be welcome. Thanks, Toll
  5. Any companion, when you leave any place, for example: "oh look, a cave! I wonder what's down there." Ya know, when we just finished going in and figuring out what's down there. I skipped a few pages of the thread in case anybody has already mentioned this one.
