This post is like 4 years old, but regardless, that last armor looks like "Dynasty Armor" to me.

So, I've searched for a few days and found mods that slow down skill leveling, I don't need that. I need non-combat skills to not give me levels at all, that is, let's assume that I spent a lot of time sneaking in a corner, pick pocketing and picking locks and all that and I find myself at level 40 or so while my combat skills are no more than 20 or 30. This is lame. I am aware of Uncapper and the mod that stops scaling, but it's not what I'm looking for I realize that this might be extremely advanced, but these are skills that should not contribute to your overall level as far as I can see, so what I request is someone to create a mod that simply nullifies levels gained from: Lockpicking, Pickpocketing, Sneaking, Alchemy, Smithing, Enchanting and Speech. If this exists and I just haven't found it then my apologies. On the issue of perks, there are mods that give me more by each level.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do that. So I'm gonna need a walkthrough if I am to do this.

Alright so, I don't know if I'm doing this right. I went into the quest "The Gift" and went into "quest Aliases" and edited "Spouse" under "match conditions" this is what I see Am I doing this right? I couldn't find any other location as the problem isn't the NPC but the quest's possible targets being determined by voicetype.

Well, when I try to open both in the Creation Kit it gives me the error "Invalid File Selection" the error says "Multiple master files selected for load. Load operation aborted." I did try to create a patch but the Dragonborn did not become a master file of the new ESP either, and when I try to load them together the above error appears. To me it seems like I'll have to create a whole new ESP for this, but that's something I'd have to spend days doing so i could learn how to.

This concerns a mod known as "Turn any spouse" and the author has not been on since august 2017. What this mod does is to allow more spouses to be turned by the quest "The Gift" given by the Vampire "Vingalmo", This is done by adding more voicetypes to the quest objectives I believe, but I am a complete newb at creation kit. Voicetypes is what dictates who can be turned by the quest and who cannot. Through xedit I discovered that none DLC2 voicetypes were included and that is where the problem arises. I want to add the remaining voicetypes to the mod in order to allow those characters to be turned by the gift, marrying them I will do by use of the console, the actors I want to turn are from DLC2 and use DLC2 voicetypes, I cannot open the mod and the Dragonborn DLC together as Dragonborn is not a master file of "Turn any spouse". I need a way to fix this so I can add the remaining vocetypes to the mod, alternatively, a way to create a new mod for this issue. ~Thanks in Advance

Okay so yesterday I downloaded a lot of mods at the same time as installling skyrim, I launched it to get the skyrim.ini then added the mods with NMM. It wouldsn't start an I'm guessing the ENB, I saw some other threads and one of them suggested temprarily moving d3d9.dll this worked and I uninstalled the neb and put the .dll back. I played for a short while and then installed SG Textures and Younger characters. Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit AMD Phenome II X4 965 Processor 4,00 GB Ram Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 Now today I launched the game again both with and without SKSE neither worked. Disabling all mods didn't work out so I'm not sure if that's doing anything. But here's my load order at least.
