  1. I'm a beginner at programming, so this looks like a pile of sheets ! Would definetly enjoy it though !

Okay, i was looking forward for a solution and I tumbled accross the "restore save" option which appears with a right click on a saved game in vortex save panel, I clicked it and it seemed that mods didn't show up in game, after several tries I decided to disable enable every single mods of my loading list untilm then averything works just fine, didn't had any issue with pop ups of injecting showing up or item desappearance !
  3. I got the same problem when I'm loading a save for some reasons every mods re-initialize and everything from build structures to what I looted from mods desapeare. I didn't have this issue before recently replaying Fallout 4 uninstalling my hold NMM for Vortex, so I'm deducing it's a vortex issue. I'm pretty sure Vortex have some kind of access to saves and mod loading since it is possible to purge mods from saves without disabling them manually ...

  5. I'm also running Windows 10 and Firefox last build. Please tell me where am I happily sharing my private life Mister "BetterThanTheManImArguingWith"? And why should it make sense to compare something I'm wondering about with something you obviously consider as unsafe? This is a non-answer. I can consider the time and effort needed to secure such a place but really 'm wondering how far a breach exploit could go. As far as a massive download server could go I'm guessing. Anyway, this post was intended to express some thoughts about this feeling, when I hear people blindly calling people thieves without proofs and when I've myself felt robbed, I'm wondering if paranoia isn't a manifestation of this unsecured feeling with a bit of salt in it indeed :wink:.
  6. Hi there, I've noticed that Nexus site doesn't seems to work properly at home. Since I'm not going in dangerous sites, I'm wondering if the community or some obscure forces aren't at work to prevent it to be the freedom space it was intended to be (I guess). For exemple, site is barely accessible and Firefox just told me that it was some kind of hazard putting my information in the login fields. Are some of you feeling the same way as I do or are experiencing trouble too?

  9. Try to uninstall re-install NMM, I had the same issue it fixed it!
  10. I did it this way but it don't prevent the converting process to freeze, I deleted all the txt files showing in the converting box, but it resulted of most of my Animations tweaks, paths and scripts to be invisible ingame. ​So I conclude it's not the solution
  11. I got a problem creating an archive of my mod with CK, the converting process just freezes in the middle of the process and CK is still running but not using much ressources. I tryied to clean up messy files and to reinstall creation kit but it's still happening. Anything I don't know about converting archive?
  12. ahahah Man I sorry for you but I'm working on the Wattz 2000 Since september of 2016 and it's pretty much done by now, I don't use ingame assets (as you do) all the assets I use are 100% hand made textures models and sounds. ​So I suggest you bring up something else, but that's me. :smile:

I'm experiencing troubles with animation with power amor that needs fixs, some texture and bumps improvements for the Wattz 2000 LR. âTalking about the winchester CK I would be pretty interrested by a bullbup styled reload animation with a bolt move on the behind of the gun 'pump style', Something heavy. If someone is interrested and if you got suggestion I'm all yours! And as I'm not a native English speaker excuse me for my mistakes, I'm trying very hard to improve my synthaxe! â(Some more screen shots)
  15. Hi there! I was watching JuiceHead Mods reviews recently and saw that another modder ws working on a Wattz 2000 laser rifle. It've een several month since I talked about making some original Fallout weapons coming back to life but as I've not much been communicating out it was kind of a undercover project (kind of). So as I'm working on this bad guy as well as the integration of the Winchester City-killer into the game (with a bit of dungeon crawling and story telling to please the fan of the original fallout that I still am) fo several months now (it's my fist time ever modding, so I'm leaning as well), I wanted to show the community some images of the models I made. There is several attachment for each parts plus the "vanilla" gun that are actually made, skinned and ready to go. Wattz 2000 Laser rifle 4 different models for stocks 7 different 'barrels' (Including 2 with different laser types and 1 with totaly different play style) 1 receiver (+ one WIP for an unique version and maybe some alternative version of the first with one model for each laser type) 5 underbarrel attachment (which are in fact extention of the receiver) 2 iron sights 2 models for both recon and regular scope which are made form the original WLR ingame art. 1 custom reflex sight. ​Custom sounds ​Winchester CK ​3 models for receiver (I'm wondering if I keep all of them but could be planning to make a 'special version') ​5 barrels ​3 models for mags (not planning to do a really large round like since I wan't it to look like the oiginal oveall and to be faily diffeent of the vanilla shotgun) ​3 models for stocks 6 attachment (planning to shorten the muzzle attachment list) ​2 iron sights ​1 reflex ​Model for night scopes as well. ​
  16. Nice! For now I just have some issues with the hold to input option hich doesn't work as expected, I've looked into animation iddle and manadge to make stuff happening less weird ut it's still not working as intended in first person. For now the gun is using fusion cells. Since laser gatling uses fusion core and it's a it too rare to me, to be the main ammo type, I decided to balance it with a charging weapon gameplay: It deals plenty of damage but still needs time to be at maximum power. I'm thinking aout re-reation of the miro-fusion cell of Fallout 1 and 2 that would be craftable with the cost of 3 fusion cells per unit or looted. Not sure if trying to balance betweenmore that just two power source is a good idea. If so, I will definitely need an animator to make the reloading animation fit well.
  17. Hi there, I'm Eddy, Araez_Yphe or bOMKHA on the nexus. First I want to apologise for my mistakes while expressing my thoughts, I'm not a native english speaker so pardon me for that. As mentionned in the title of this topic, I would gather some energies on this exciting enterprise that would be to bring back original fallout weapons to the Boston place (and beyond!)! I really enjoyed the work of LtCommander on the DSK-501, and Mike Moore with the Bozar (even if I'm not over-fan of the Fallout new vegas design of the gun which works better with the DSK-501, for some obvious reasons, comparing to fallout 1 and 2 I mean) and I'm really wiorried about balance, gameplay and Immertion so it can be made without adding redundant items or overpowered s***. I'm working on the original laser gun already, the Wattz Laser Rifle, and have some meshes of the Winchester City-Killer coming up (It's my first time ever modding stuff but Creation Kit have happened to be pretty intelligible from the time when I first looked into it). I've managed to find it y myself with some help of Gambsmoore (thanks to him) and his modding tutorials. The Wattz Laser Gun goes really nice, a few pictures are incoming but the Winchester City-Killer is a bullbup-styled weapon so it isn't possible to make a proper mod without animation which I cannot do, because I'm on Blender and as I've read on the nexus, blender animations are not supported (If I read wrong please tell me!). Some other mods are planned and some advices would be appreciated! Cordialement, Eddy.
  18. I agree, it could be more lab-white and technologic looking, and looking more protective too. Though the leg heavy synth armor, reminds me of mad max splint, with a metal & black reskin it could fit a mad max cosplay, overall the synth armor exept for helmet could be used as something mor medical for mods introducing wounds and healing periods for settlers for example (Like S.O.C.K.S, could have a synergy with it), it could be used as a kind of soft cast to display four settler current state (crippled or stuff), when he is walking around in the hospital/Infirmary area.

I really like the Idea, this is a smart overhaul for the actual system, And I like the concept of settlers having XP and outside jobs, RNGenerated names, perks, everything just look like a great enhance to game experience and I really hope you'll make this out, I 'm learning modding for now, but later I coud propose you my help to make your mod! I'll add a suggestion: For guard posts, what about choosing at 3rd stage between laser minigun and rocket launcher? It could be a nice way to keep your settelement aesthetic up if you don't want technologic-like weapons to keep your walls safe, don't yall think?

In order to precise what the concept ment in my mind, if it wasn't clear in my explanation: I thought the lacks of damage of the 5mm minigun could be balanced by the fairly superior firerate, and abundance of scrap metal could make it affordable , it's some kindof a minishotgun/ flame thrower in fact. The idea was to make a minigun to go with the pillard A.A Armor frame with an interesting gameplay (high spreading and fire-rate, more like a flame thrower with a higher range with a hand crafted look, well, I liked the idea).And the fact that it could be upgraded with railway spikes in higher level could have given a reason for keeping it. It was more like a early weapon, that could be used as a first minigun or for peoplethat likes pillard-like gears. The early version was ment to use .38 caliber but I thought that with the gun-crafter perk rank 2 (or maybe 1) you could have bringed the scrap metal version to make a stupidly high firerate enhance, and then at gun nut rank 4 and rank 2 of scrounger luck perk, craft the railway minigun I also liked the Idea of a railway spikes minigun, with ammunition crafting mods of course, and to end with minigun, I didn't test it with minigun perks but I found it really weak too, but their is some minigun overhaul players makes their sauce. Anyway, Blender looks a bit friendlier to me, I'll put some rendering of the model as soon as it looks fair to me to show! I'll keep this post up to have feedbacks!

But I'm curious and I got some ideas of modding that could be funny and lore friendly as a big Fallout Serie fan. Oneof the Ideas I wanted to begin with was a weapon addition that could complement the existing weapons categories. The Mini-Scrap-Gun It's kind of a Minigun but scrap crafted and using .38 ammunition at low level and can be upgraded to launch scrap metal (that would be a new type of ammunition, basically 1 metal could make 4 scrap metal), or even railway spikes (at the cost of a loose of firerate obviously).
