So as of the CTD problem, it is not the script bloat actually causing problems, you think both the CTD and the save corruption on the two previous saves before that are caused by my apparent reaching of the plugin limit which MO2 has been extremely misleading in? (As well as the auto and quicksaves which i can for sure avoid totally from now on.) Is there actually anything i can do to recover this playthrough? I had that working save, but these issues sound inevitable if i replayed the save. Turning off any more stuff from Lost Legacy is either impossible or will cause more problems. (I already turned off the stuff i didn't want from it like random houses or merchant overhauls) and even turning off my own additions sounds dangerous midgame.
  2. Lost Legacy has most of the stuff i want and it has worked for me before. It just lacks some more personal additions i would add like Nordwar's Imperial and Guard replacers, quest/land mods like Rigmor and Summerset isle etc and item stuff. I do want to ask you what is actually causing the CTD and or the save corruptions in this case. Is it the apparent plugins being at 255, is there a script limit i need to watch out for along with active references and plugin count? You asked for ReSaver's script instance count but never commented on it. Is that something i need to watch for? On my part i will compare the 255 plugins that ReSaver and Crashlog mentioned against MO2 and see the discrepancy but i feel like the game would have never ran to begin with if i was at the 255 limit. I played 10 levels without issue so i am not entirely sure ReSaver is even right on that.
  3. You don't use MO2? What do you use? And i have mentioned already but i am using the Lost Legacy wabbajack modlist so i am not sure if pruning is going to solve much. And what about the crash log i posted above, does that not have anything useful to say?
  4. Can you explain what you mean by overloaded as i was running with the same amount of ESP's for most of that playthrough. Surely it would have been overloaded as soon as i started?, And as well can you explain why this is saying 255 plugins while MO2 still contradicts that.

  6. The first one is the broken save. The second one is the latest working save.
  7. Are you saying that loading a game just once from an auto/quicksave can corrupt all subsequent saves or to just not ever load from an auto/quicksave? I am not sure what i can do about SPID. The stuff i added only distributes items. I don't know what adds abilities or spells through SPID. Perhaps something from Lost Legacy but in that case it should be fine no? All the SPID stuff i added i placed in the image below. Did you take a look at the ReSaver?
  8. In comparison, the latest working save file says this in ReSaver.
  9. I am using RMB's Imperial and Guard Armor SPIDS and any SPIDS that come with Lost Legacy. I should add that according to MO2 and as previously stated myself, i am actually on 247 active plugins. The only mod that i can think of being updated is CBBE which i uninstalled and reinstalled to fix a minor graphical issue. Apart from that, i disabled one mod immediately after starting (Follower Commentary Overhaul) and have only added minor ESL's without issue.
  10. No i just installed the crash logger after i discovered the issue. I do have USSEP and Engine fixes that come with Lost Legacy. No i don't use either Wearable lanterns or Wet and Cold. My issue isn't random CTD either, i said it was save loading.
  11. On the Lost Legacy modlist with my own edits. All worked fine for the first 10 levels and however many hours that required. I have made no edits since i last played. Loading the latest save just causes a CTD and loading the 2 previous autosaves before that leads to a corrupted save with all the MCM stuff and quests resetting etc. I've spent 3 months perfecting this modlist and to have it f*#@ing die for no reason has really ticked me off. Loading a save about an hours worth of gameplay back leads to a normal save load with no issues which makes this problem look like some sort of terminal decline of this mess of a game. I asked for help with this issue before on this forum but received nothing helpful. I just don't know what to do anymore. Nobody has ever been able to explain this terminal save game decline bullshit issue i keep encountering. I am on 247 Active plugins (249 is the limit for reason, saves are guaranteed to die or CTD beyond this according to previous tests) I am between 500-800k references on game launch (I am not getting the SKSE active reference count warning). I have both ESLified and ESM'ified mods on this list seemingly without issue. CrashLogger.log
  12. I am playing with the Lost Legacy modlist with a bunch of my own additions. I'll just list the section that includes the stuff i added as i assume Lost Legacy and it's contents are not the cause. Mod Order.txt
  13. Thought I'd update. I turned a bunch of stuff off and it seems that doing that bought me 2 levels worth of playtime before the save got corrupted again. I don't know why this is happening, i am on 240 something esps and the reference count is 700k total and <400k temp. I have gotten SKSE fixes and it is properly adjusted.
  14. The issue feels like a reference limit save corruption issue but my active reference count is <700k. Temp is less than 400k. Other people stated it is just because i was over or on the 255 ESP plugin limit but i turned some off and the issue persists. According to SSEdit: "Found 354623 temporary and 251030 persistent loaded references, for a grand total of 605653 loaded references." I am currently on 253 active ESM + ESP plugins. (Some of those are merge ESPs if that means anything) I wanted to start my game on The Island mod and played for about 20mins, loaded a save and was teleported to the Sleeping Giant Inn along with all the MCM reset crap. Afterwards i went below 255 esps and did a test run spawning somewhere in Riften, loaded back into that save and the MCM stuff still reset. The game CTD as well while loading that but that is a secondary issue i assume is related to the above. If not do let me know. But as far as i can tell, if the active reference count and the ESM + ESP plugin limit are within acceptable boundaries, i am stumped as to what is causing this corruption issue. Any help would be appreciated.
