It in magic effect, look for dual, there will be 3 that can be modify if im not forgot. scale, magtitude, & duration. if u what your dual effect magtitude pick magtitude, & same for duration. if both unpick it dual will not have any effect from those

You can find in CK under the character tab there's a movement type look for npc swim or something like that to mess it with, also if you want to match it see whos using that movement see in race under the same tab. Hope it helps..

Dont know if it can be called mod or it just a tweak, but here's my idea. General Gameplay Different movement speed between ready & sheathe stances, similar logic like run & walk or sneaking Change the visual effect of mage armor (Oakflesh, Stoneskin, etc) to more physical, not just a shiny color on clothes or armor
