I think the problems is loot, try reinstalling elfx without using loot. In my case loot gave me a lot problems, the water in the game does not move, and with the mod horse armor frost armor was not visible. Try a put the latest version of elfx maybe resolve the problem with the shadow

Try to disable godrays and lower the shadows, i have the same issue while walk in skyrim and while moving fast mouse i have unstable stuttering. I have skyrim with over 250 mods I know it's hard but I'd like to play at least 30 frame rates, I wanted to know if there's an application or something else to increase frame rates, vsync is disabled, every time I move the mouse quickly game slows down I tried to edit the ini file for the mouse but nothing to do.Bethini tried it but it does not work as I hoped.
