I'm having trouble installing nexus mod manager can anyone help

I'm on pc trying my hand at modding gave up with xbox,lots more on pc that's y I need a hand

sorry about details but I've been watching a load of YouTube videos on settlement builds and how to tilt 45 degree angles and so on I tried one on my Xbox (copypasta) that didn't do wot I needed all I want to be is a good settlement builder

hi there as it says in the title i am new to the modding scene ive been try ing for a little while how to use hotkeys but on every attempt either the mod needs a degree in quantum mechanics so i can do precision building can someone please help me in this area.
