i deleted the .dll The game starts but chrashes on the load screen. hope someone knows

So after the latest fallout update, I updated f4se and when it started it said terminal+ was outdated but i don't know what it's from it's a .dll file in the plugins folder from the F4SE folder. So if anyone knows please help.
