Im playing Skyrim, in the quest it tells me to talk to Ulfric and tulluis to get them to the peace council. but it dosn't show them on the map or when I go to windhelm or solitude they arn't there. I need help and suggestions?

I had the same problem as you but this did the trick. You need to add [Launcher] bShowAllResolutions=0 uLastAspectRatio=2 bEnableFileSelection=1 around the middle or somewhere ( keep looking) of the SkyrimPref.ini that is in your My Games folder (C:\...\My Games\Skyrim), NOT in the installation folder!
