  1. Okay I redone everything from sccratch. Made a static version of everything. All of them work perfectly now exept for the Torygg war horn haha... So I did not make one for it. Now I'm gonna go ingame, load all the displays I've made with the console, for testing. I must tcheck if everything stays in place now. I have no havok script whatsoever.   2. Yes I already got them all :smile: I use them infact but still, can't resolve my problem, I still can't see or activate my warhorn !!! :sad: This is the method I use : 1. I place the item I want to be displayed. I checked initialy disable. 2. I make my activator and put the script accordingly to the item I have (Armor or Jewel or Weapon, etc) 3. I link my activator to my item via Link Ref and In tab primitive I checked activated by player. voila. and still...don't work for the horn even if I place the original horn or the static one I made.

  4. Did just that, select my static one in link ref, and still nothing. But if I look at another display I made with the pelagious Hipbone, that one is okay. Can't understand it, it's the same script. I can't Right click and edit source on the script, it remains gray, unselectable. Don't know why.
  5. Well I can't send the script cause I can't edit the source !!! the name of the script is display_miscobject_script.pex. I've gone into game and I don't even see the Activate message when I'm in front of my item. pffffffff It's the "Clawtoplace" thing, don't see my static one. Oh boyyyyyy getting a headack (if it spells like that loll ). And I can't find a tutorial, everytime I make a search on display items tutorial, it gives me the one with display rack...grrrrr
  6. Okay this is how I understand it. First I place my static version and check Initialy disable. Second I make an activator. Then in the activator, I add a script "DIsplay script object". In that script I have to choose the item that the activator will activate and put it visible wich is the static version I made but I have to choose it in the list but my item is not in the list. Can you give me a link for your mod. Maybe I could go in and look at what you did ?? Thanks for your time and help.
  7. Okay I understand better know. I will reduce to a minimum the havoc scripts to start with but....If I make a static of an item that is unique, like the Torygg's War Horn, when I have that item in my inventory, it will not display cause the script waits to have the Static version instead of the real item wich is not available in the game, I just made it...Don't know if I explain well lolll When I choose the item for the activator, I would choose the static I just made but it is not in the game, the one in the game is not the static that I just made but the real thing.... I'm french, hope I explain correctly :smile: EDIT 1: Just made a Static version of the Torygg War Horn and when I go in the script to choose it, It's not in the list. I choose Display Misc Objects....and for the amulets, they are not static, all is armor.
  8. Hi all, I'm in the process of adding displays in my home. I plan to put almost all discoveries on displays but I ran in a couple of problems that I hope you'll be able to help me. First problem is when I get in my home, some of my displays are not were they supposed to be. For example, I made a board with all the amulets of the games. Sometimes they are in place and sometimes they are all over the place. I've checked the not havok option and also put the script havok. First and second option of that script left it empty. Why the amulets don't stay at there places ?? Second problem is some items can be on display and others don't. For example, I've put the "Pelagius Hip Bone" on display and is working perfectly. I've put the Torygg's War Horn on display and is not working. Can't even see the activate message when I look at it. Why is that ? Thanks for your help. :)
  9. I don't quite understand but what I did is create an enchantment, and added the Flame Cloak effect. Saved it and in my amulet, chosen the enchantment. Went in game and nada, nothing happens. No effect on the amulet. Type : Enchantment Casting : Constant Effect Delivery : Self on the effect is : AbAstronachCloakfire, Magnitude : 10, Duration : 10000 voila... I must not fully understand lollll - EDIT 01 - Been looking in depth of the CT. Found the atherium crown with the visual effect on it. Must be done by a .nif file ??? Tried putting visual effect in an enchantment and assigned it to my amulet, no success. Tried many thing...still searching :)
  10. Hi all, still learning modding and getting better each day. I made a custom amulet with blender, added texture and all....and I would like to add a visual effect to it. Like, for example, the effect around an Elder Scroll. Is there a tutorial on that ? or maybe someone could explain the procedures, etc. Thanks :)
  11. Yeah I agree, I think all the quests dialogue, etc for the carriage system is specific to npc's in tamriel. Well anyway I keep my mod cause I've worked on it for almost 3 months now. Carriage system is not requiered really and horse also. And the family is in the house and working great without the outdoor mapmarker so. Thanks all for you help, this forum is really cool and will continu to read and try new idea. Love the "Modders" world :) Rick.
  12. Yes of course silly me. :) Okay so, I've unchecked Small World, Parent to NONE My town location Parent to NONE. Still can't select mapmarker, horsemarker and carriage system not working. Geeeeeezzze....What am I missing ? Apreciate all the help , thanks.
  13. Ok so I've put NONE in the parent world space. DId not change anything. Yes Use Map Data is checked if I choose Tamriel as parent world space. How can I change my world status from small world to ordinary world ?
  14. Yes my world is parent to Tamriel and yes I've ticked small world cause my mod is on an island so I figured that small was the choice. :)
  15. Made a quick mod test with my house, my horse marker and my carriage system. I did it in tamriel this time and all of them are working like a charm. So the issue is the new world. I have to do something to my world so that the system recognize it like tamriel. Do I make any sense ? lollll Anyway I'm still digging to find the way to do it. Thanks.

  17. I don't quite understand what your saying (I'm french). But after trying a thousand thing and still won't work, I think maybe I found the reason for all of this. After hitting the B key, seeing the border cell, my house is at the very line beetween 2 cells. I put both cell with the EXT location. Can I do that ? 2 cells with the same location ? I used the Bless Home thing and got a positive answer so I suppose is ok. oufffff I'm at a lost here. 1 - mapmarker can't select 2 - Horse Marker can't select 3 - Carriage system won't work In the past I've made MODs to pratice myself. And all worked great and the only difference is that I was in Tamriel not a new world. Anyway thanks for any help you can give, apreciated :) Rick.
  18. Yes, I've made INT location and EXT location and the INT location has the EXT location as Parent. The "World Location Bar" I mean by that is the World Location Marker Ref. I have to select the MapMarker with this. Button is red. Can't select. But futher more...I've put and Xmarkerheading in my EXT location cell to have my horse appear when I fast travel back to my house but again, when I use the Horse Marker Ref of my EXT location, it's red too, can't select it. I can't pin point what I'm doing wrong :( Thanks.
  19. Hi all, I made a new world. I want to put a carriage system in it. Copied the Whiterun Carriage Driver, configured all the components that goes with it. I gave my driver a new ID to avoid conflict with the one in Whiterun. I did not change anything else. When I go ingame, nothing works. The driver just have a regular voice/conversation. I tried to find a tutorial on this but was unsuccesfull. Help would be apreciated, thank you.
  20. Well I tought I would have help from people who know CK but seems not alot of people do not know the answer. A shame but I found out it is not required to have the mapmarker selected to make the adoption system work. Sheers :)
  21. Hi all, I'm a new modder and having alot of fun with the CK. I build a home and want to make it children, wife frendly. So I started following the tutorial posted here for multiadoption house. - Create external location for the house. - Put a mapmaker outside the house. - In the new external location windows, click on the world location bar and select the new mapmarker. This is were is not working. The target icon stays red when I move it over the mapmarker to select it. I can't. My home is in a New World I've made, is not in Tamriel. Can someone help to explain why I cannot select my mapmarker ? Thanks alot :smile: Rick.
