So, im new to modding in the Witcher 3. I tried modding with the NMM, no luck at all, then i moved on to manual modding. Which got some mods to work, namely the rich merchants mod. Basically all the mods that require you to go into the content/(whatever name the req folder is)0/bundles directory and click on a bat file to let things flow. But the other mods which they claim just make a "mods" folder in my witcher 3 directory and drop it in there dont seem to work. rest of the game seems to work fine, its just those mods that dont work. I'm running the witcher 3 ver: 1.2. it's the GOG version of the game. thanks.
