I could really go for a mod that just restocks the food and drinks in any player-owned house, such as Breezehome, upon exiting and returning, so that you could feel free to consume them and wouldn't be left with barren tables here and there, since there's no way to buy more of these and place them right where you want them. You could even make it so that, to get this nicety, you have to purchase a "Maid service" or "Caterer" upgrade from the Jarls' stewards.

A mod that allows you to write a readable, storable biography book about the player character would be great. I would make it type with the default book-text font, if possible. And another one I'd like to see is one that lets you add an attractive sign near the door into any player-owned houses, possibly via an additional paid upgrade through the Jarl's steward. But make it so that you can put whatever text you want on the sign, so players can have it say "(Name of my character's) House" or whatever else they want, up to a reasonable length limit of 20 words or whatever.
