neck and hand textures not right

here is the neck as you can see as well -
running multiple mods and noticed the hands and neck are missing a wet look as well as gaps on the textures. I'm assuming something i did, below are in game screen shot the cbbe is working fine. Any help would be appreciated

new to nexus found out from the mxr mod videos, currently on ps4 however leaving the console world back to pc next week (pc master race)
