  1. Okay, so I asked a similar question before, but I didn't express myself properly. I'll try to be as objective as I can: My interest is to expand Vault 88 beyond the rock wall borders. I mean, you can do that by deleting the walls with mods in game, but then you'll face the infamous hall of mirrors effect along with flickering objects. Apparently there is some sort of room bound there I wasn't able to identify in CK, for obejcts cease rendering past this border. Talk about CK, I'm a complete noob. I know little to nothing about it, so I'm seeking help on how to possibly expand the rendered area of Vault 88 for building. I know it most likely won't be simple, but I'm pretty sure it's not impossible. I just need someone with some more experience in room building to help me out. I hope that isn't too much to ask. Thanks in advance.
  2. Okay. Analyzing the Vault 88 cell in CK, I can't seem to be able to identify any roombounds (I enabled it in the view tab). I'm gonna try an esp file with the "No PreVis" box checked, as was hinted here. Dunno if that'll blow up my computer or not, but I just want to try. Any more tips?
  3. Okay... So, i'm really just getting started with CK and I really don't know what I'm doing as of right now. I'm going to try watching the tutorial videos, but as of right now that is my only wish to fix the vault cavern. Any tips for a potato like me?
  4. By the way, one of you mentioned I could change what's seen on the horizon of the cell. Would that fix the hall of mirrors issue?
  5. Okay, I'm back now. And, no, I don't exactly want to change it to an actual exterior with land or anything, all I want is a way to get rid of hall of mirrors effect and flickering objects when crossing through the walls. That's my legitimate intention. So, changing cell type is a bad idea then... would there br any work arounf the issies above?
  6. Okay, so... I'm not exactly a modder or anything, but I really want to know if there is anyway to turn the vault 88 cell into an exterior one? I just really want to expand beyond the cave and get rid of the stupid hall of mirrors effect. It would be wonderful if that could be done in game, but as it probably can't be, I'd appreciate some guidance on doing such thing, if that's okay.
  7. Okay, so, after 3 or 4 hours DYING to update to 1.6.9 (Was having issues with the update) The conduits are now working as they should. So it was only a matter of updating to 1.6.9 and Vault-Tec DLC. Sorry if I confused y'all XD
  8. [sOLVED] So, I went to the edge of googling but nodody else seems to be having the same issue as me. So, I know that in the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC power thavels through connected vault pieces and is irradiated by the power conduit. Yet, I do that, NOTHING powers up, unless I connect the conduits with wires. And yes, I'm talking the conduit that snaps to walls. I really don't know what could be wrong. On another note, I do use mods... lotsa'em. Including one mod that increases the radius of said conduits. With or wirthout it, doesn't work. And I have no idea what other mods could cause an issue like this. Any ideas, anybody?
