It is solved! Thanks for the help! I did happen to have 3PCO and it turns out, I just had to enable the crosshairs in the mod config. menu!

I found out this mod started to make my crosshair disappear whenever I played the game, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. After that, my crosshair appeared again but it immediately vanished when I unsheathed my weapon. So I went and kept it uninstalled and saw that the crosshair appeared... but still disappeared whenever I unsheathed my weapon! A solution would very much be appreciated.
