I think they're talking about a complete redesign of the whole area. Restoring the part that fell into the sea. That would be truly amazing. Like the Kvatch mod for Oblivion.

actually, there is a mod that makes the warmaster perk give you the ability to wield certain 2h weapons including hammers. I'll edit this reply if I can find it. EDIT: OH! Duh! How could I forget? It's Tytanis's mod: The Ultimate Mod While this does do many other things, dual wielding some 2h weapons is one of them.

I thought it would be an awesome shout to freeze time for a couple seconds while the player moves freely. Kind of like the halo pc devtrainer. thoughts?

Assuming you're talking about the slow time shout, that shout doesn't allow you to move how you normally would. It slows you down along with everything else. You slow down some but not that much. Seriously, I can kill a bear with an average sword with Slow Time. Making everything freeze around you and you just go on like nothing happened would be way overpowered and not fun at all. Personally I think games are fun when stuff is overpowered (to an extent). The shout would only give you like 4 seconds anyway. And if you don't like overpowered stuff, then don't download. I just think it would be a cool option to have.

I had an idea while in a big battle in skyrim for a new shout. A shout that freezes time around the player, but the player can move regularly kinda like the halo pc dev trainer. It would be so awesome! Thoughts?
