It took me 4h to deal with S.T.E.P. Might as well do clean install now. But why textures doesn't load?

Hi, I just have made clean Skyrim install. Then I modded it with S.T.E.P. Added UNP, Apachi Sky Hair, UFO, HUD time widget and Amethyst Hollow Dreamworld. I've got ENB too. I'm using Wrye Bash. ENB doesn't load, textures too. That time widget is disabled somehow. When I select one of Sky hairs, character is bald. When I unequip items form female character, she is not in bikini, just that default textures. Got all HF, DG and DB, I don't have HD DLC installed. //edit SkyUI pops window with error. .ini file is fine.
