  1. Nah, Don't think it has to do with this unless I missed something. I checked the logs and all and couldn't really find any problem. I could check through them again though cause it was three entire days worth of saves that just suddenly stopped working. I don't know if I specified this during the first post, but the crash happened right around when I was using this "Spell Research" mod. Although, I have my doubts if it caused it cause There was also 10 npcs in the room with me at the time. I am tempted to go through everything again though cause I really wanna try to recover this save... I really don't want to backtrack my way through the entire vigilant's first quest arch again.
  2. Hey, Thanks for the suggestion, but yeah, I have tried Resaver already. It's such an odd thing, especially since I did everything you can do to clean a Skyrim Save and yet this odd problem persists. I am tempted to dig into Skyrim much deeper to get to the bottom of this, but I haven't played in a while cause of the problem (Cause I had a lot of progress lost and wanted to recover it and not just give up on it, ya' know?)
  3. Bumping this cause it still hasn't been figured out yet. :c
  4. I've never once crashed while enchanting a piece of gear I'm wearing. In fact, that's how I enchant all armor/clothing items for my character. Exclusively. I think you're being a bit hasty in exonerating your mods/load order/etc heh, you may think so, but I spent an entire day trying to fix it. I really don't think it's a problem with the mods, but it could always be cause mods will be mods, ya' know? That's why I included my mod load order with the save. Also, this was a crash caused by an integer overflow, it happens when you enchant an item and the number is so high that Skyrim can't handle it... cause, ya' know, I am the kinda guy who does restoration loop. lol
  5. so, A long story short... I was playing Skyrim two days ago when my game randomly crashed. I thought nothing of it and just went to sleep cause it was late and I am tired. Since then I didn't touch Skyrim at all besides 1) Copying some files for a mod 2) Running the Creation Kit through Mod Organizer 3) Renaming a couple mod file folders to rebuild them with a mod I was working on My computer also had updated since then, but when I got onto Skyrim today and tried to load my most recent save (Save#284) it CTD. I went back to an older autosave and it worked long enough for me to try and save... annnd... it CTD... so now from Save#189 to the most recent save all CTD when loading... what is weird about it is it's not effecting any other character besides the one character. I have tried many things from Validating files, cleaning up mods and mod load order, save file cleaning, I have even went as far to try and modify the save files with... little success due to not having the tools for it. I have been able to deduce that it is not a problem with the mods themselves, as far as I can tell, but I will say that the last time I played when it crashed, the last thing I was doing, was I tried to enchant gear but forgot to take off some things and caused an integer overflow crashing my game. granted, that happens a lot, but what I was doing before that was using the Spell Research mod to try and get my research done. I had saved a little bit before the incident right after changing some settings for the Spell Research. If anyone has some insight that could help or has been through this before, please help. I am going to attach the save file in question that I am having problems with along with a mod load-order and some crash logs. Actually, The save file was too big sooo I put it on dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6xzd71rs9a6lzf7/Save%20File.zip?dl=1 Important Note: There are some NSFW mods on this save. (I.E. Body replacers that include nudity)
