I know this will have been asked time and time again but... I cant start this quest. The problem is the body (ID 000D2C9E) has been marked for delete and then been deleted. I now can't start the quest. Anyway i can un-delete the body? I want to do the quest and not just console complete it

Ok so im having trouble on the buggiest quest in skyrim. The first part of the quest has been marked for deletion (and deleted) is there anyway that i can reverse this. ID = 000D2C9E. I cant start the quest as the main part has gone. Any help is great. I want to do this quest and not just complete it with console.
