I don't get it. Isn't it possible to just have a standalone copy of all the various rain-blocking roofs with transparency in the texture files and other obvious glass-like texture art added with frames and what-have-you??? Come on! Wouldn't that then essentially be the same thing as a regular good-ole rain-blocking roof but just with the added transparency? Not really sure off the top of my head but I think the ammount of transparency couold be set in such a way that it wouldn't just look like a hole in the roof with no water coming through it. LOL Would that work??? Not sure how that would handle sunlight though... but then ligh goes through walls in FO4 already anyway. I think people at bethesda might benefit from some sort of ADD medication to help them see things through ALL the way to the end when they start doing something - or a palm strike in the face. b&@*$ slap?

I had some concrete textures disappearing/reappearing at extreme viewing angles and the .ini mod fixed it! Thanks a thousand!!!
