If you have deleted the mod Player Headtracking by maegfaer http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23600/? All you need to do is type Player.SetAnimGraphVar IsNPC 0 into the console to fix the bug. (it instructs you to do that to troubleshoot the mod after uninstalling it on the page and it worked for me)
