I am looking for the mod that adds npc global, no i dont mean improved atmosphere,already have that but a week that's not the one i am looking for ( it does not give the effect i before). A week ago i downloaded tons of mods and one of them added npc everywhere ( more guards and nobleman in orzammar more refugees walking and such in lothering and so on) this made it way more lively, now for some reason the effect is gone. I do not know what i did nor what mod it was but would love to have it again. I have no idea where to start looking so any help would be much appreciated.
