Can someone change the tracker belt to all black , legs waist and skirt that are attached to the belt please

I second that i want this outfit so bad but would settle for playing as them

Is it possible to recolor the persian elite waist so that the skirt flaps are black and the purple sash on the waist is red.im trying to create an outfit with the dark isu armor but the purple and gold are killing me cant do the no pants thing anymore lol
