  1. Did some digging and turns out the shirt is from a mod called RileyKheale Operator's Outfit by SkyrimForDaWin, which is currently hidden. Edit: Corrected misinformation.
  2. Sounds like you got Horizon installed. The mod adds in bandages as your new source of healing and trauma kits (similar to New Vegas' doctor bags) for limb restoring.
  3. Work in 4k (4096x4096) and for release... Since it's a mod and more specifically for a weapon with (I'm assuming) multiple parts, you could get away with downscaling to 2k with 4k textures as an optional file for those who have a more powerful machine. The vanilla weapon textures are in 1k, so downscaling to that is always an option if you find that it doesn't look too low res.
  4. If there's a mod that asks you to edit the Fallout4Prefs.ini (I don't think I've seen a mod that requires me to yet), it should come with a pretty straight forward instruction on how to do so and what to edit. If it mentions a field and no category, you can assume that it's already there and you can just ctrl+f to find it. Something like Tactical Animations's installation instruction on what to edit is basically what you can expect. And of course, make sure you backup the .ini before editing.
  5. You... should already have a Fallout4Prefs.ini in your Documents>My Games>Fallout 4. Fallout 4 generates one when you run the launcher. If for any reason you need to add something to it, you would need to manually type whatever field you want to modify (if it doesn't exist already) under the corresponding category (ex: "uGridsToLoad=5" under [general]).
  6. Nope. Makes sense though, they never did have any cover animations.
  7. For the second one, sounds like you might want Arbitration. You can disable/not choose the other features that come with it. Edit: Alternatively, there's this
  8. Arbitration? It has more than the feature you're looking and it's only for survival but it's there. Could always check your download history.
  9. Heck, with all the flak they got from their mod contest I'm not surprised it's not on the Nexus. (considering quite a bit of the flak came from us) Edit: Whelp, guess I was wrong.
  10. Well... it could very much be just a perk that is just a reference to the Hulk/Banner. I mean, Dr Banner is supposed to be one of the greatest scientist and one of his field of speciality is nuclear physics so naturally if they (Betheda) wanted to make a perk for the Hulk, would it not be a 10 int one?
  11. No one mentioned the Skyrim multiplayer mod? I mean it is a more recent title, something that's more comparable to F4 than to F3 or NV since those use an older version of the engine. Personally, I think it's very much possible, it just requires a dedicated team.
  12. Did you wait for the file to fully upload after it's done all the virus checking?
  13. The entries have the co_ prefix. They're under Constructible Object, as I said, which is in Items, below "book" and above "Holotape".
  14. Make sure you have a crafting recipe (Constructible Object) for the weapon mods.
  15. Yeeeah, blocked here in Canada because of SME copyright.
  16. Yeah, if you try to upload a mod via the CK without linking your steam accout (which can be done by just logging into your Bethesda account through the in-game mod menu) it will give you a pop up message telling you to link first.
  17. This guy already did? Edit: Just want to say that you also have to make sure your version of F4SE would also have to be updated to work on the lastest F4 update (which was today), so you'll have to wait a few days for them to do that.
  18. For people who want to use an in-game modding system, kinda like the workshop for Skyrim where everything is basically a click of a button, I would guess.
