  1. Where did you get that from? Dagoth Ur wasn't stronger than the 9 Divines, because the Divines CAN'T DIE.
  2. Lol, not so secret when someone tells everyone >.< I feel stupid, everyone else knew about this but I didn't.
  3. I didn't find a trace of a program in my task manager, maybe he did it from the main router. I don't know, but I masked my IP and that was perfectly fine but he uses something I really don't trust is permitted on the forums. I don't mind my IP being traced and everything, it's just Spain, really?
  4. My IP is based out of Spain now, according to my Captain. If he changes the IP location one more time I swear....
  5. Renegade turned to an Asari with her rifle drawn at him. She didn't seem like a thug wanting him dead, but just in case, he pointed his shotgun at the Asari. "Why are you even here, Geth?" the girl asked. "Personal business, nothing major. I was leaving the planet anyway," he replied. "Give me one good reason I shouldn't report you too-" Renegade shot dead the Asari before she could finish. He reloaded his shotgun and walked away from the scene.
  6. I'm not being serious, jeez, even a blind pig could see that one. All I'm saying is that he should maybe tell the idiots who made the ad that they just gave him another horrible trait. So, I'm sorry if no one understands that.
  7. I don't know what difficulty you're on, but on Master, I find Odavhiing pretty damn hard to kill.
  8. If it's airborn, then depending on wind speed and direction it can affect a quite large area and if there are multiple ways to transfer it, it has more destructive potential. Also, if there are multiple points of origin, the virus would spread at a much faster rate covering larger areas. And don't forget animals, birds can fly long distances and can potentially be cariers for the virus which makes it spread even faster. Theoretically, the scenario might be possible, you just need to take all things into consideration. Lucky for us, a virus like that doesn't exist yet. A zombie infection is possible, but I doubt it'd turn into the apocalypse. I don't really think it will be caused by a virus, or even bring people back to life, but be a drug that makes people mentally insane like the new LSD is. A virus is still a horrible way to spread a world-ending sickness as we have plenty of ways of curing it. It some lab out there is working on a zombie thingy, it'd be a drug, parasite, or disease.
  9. A zombie would be in the same form of a human/animal, making it weak against environment without the brain to actually protect itself from cold and heat. Animals could be infected, true, but hey, just a bigger challenge for our hunters. Animals bite anyway. Animals already have the zombie virus (rabies) though it will spread slowly. Another thing: how does a virus pass so quickly? All of these zombie films seem to have it happen in a few months when a virus spreads rather slowly.
  10. Renegade reloaded his shotgun. Even though he was a robot, you could tell he wanted to smile. The man he just shot and killed fell to the ground in front of him, and the three Asari friends he had were getting scared. "The people on this planet are all fools. You see a Geth and you attack on sight. But this is your problem. If you wish to die, then so be it," Renegade said, pulling the trigger on his shotgun again and killing one of the Asari. The other two began to prepare biotics, but Renegade faded into his cloak. He walked up behind the two Asari, reloaded his shotgun, and came back into sight as he killed the two from behind. He scavenged through the bodies, and found the data pad he needed. A note masked as a shipping order. Telos, The shipment is being taken to Omega before that Geth steals it. We're hoping that someone there can help us in killing this "Renegade" fellow. Set up false tracks to the Citadel and make him think that C-Sec did this. That'll get him killed. But this isn't a normal AI, so be very careful. Renegade chuckled. A typical trick in this line of buisness. He decided to find a shuttle before the package got to Omega. He was going to be brought back to a place he was feared in.
  11. Lol, I only planned to start in Thesia, but in time I'll get my way to Omega.
  12. I'm going to make a Geth with a twist to it. Character Name: Renegade Character Race: Geth Character Class: Geth Infiltrator Gender: I have no gender Age: Constructed 93 years ago Height: 6"11 Weight: 220 lbs Eyes: Glowing red Hair(if aplicable): Yes, a Geth has hair. :whistling: Weapons: M-29 Incisor, Geth Plasma shotgun, and M3 Predator Armour/Clothing: Plating is a blood red color, darker than a prime's color. Powers/abilities: Tactical Cloak, Armor Piercing ammo, Geth Shield Boost Weapon mods: Enhanced Sniper scope and extended shotgun barrel Skills: First Aid History/Background: When a group of Cerburus scientists broke away, they decided to conduct experiments on a Geth secretly. If a Geth was already acting like an organic, why not make it further into an organic? So they took a Geth prisoner and began tests. They added a human heart and brain (drained of memories) and through hundreds of tests, they managed to get the heart beating and the brain working. They taught the Geth as if it was a child, and through everything it saw, it acted like a human. It eventually became smart enough to figure out what the real plans were. Renegade earned it's name when it escaped the facility. The entire thing was empty when he left, but there were no signs of combat. Renegade had apperantly killed everyone to escape, but left no trace, so he was left free without proof it did. Renegade went to Omega, becoming a freelancer and torturing everyone there. He soon left Omega, but killed off several big crime groups and damaged all of the others. Renegade then went to the Geth, and was given an AI system that every Geth had. Renegade was now a basic historian. After serving under the Geth and recieving the upgrades from the Reaper, he didn't fight on the Citadel, but left without a trace. He arrived on Thesia and stayed hidden from the scene as he helped criminal groups. Now, he explores the galaxy as a heavy criminal, even though mistaken as an actual Geth, he still is a basic human at heart (literally, he was given a human heart). Now, if that doesn't work, then I have another character bio ready too. But it was worth the shot lol.
  13. That's the trailer thread, I decided to make a discussion thread on the storyline......
  14. Alright, I need to recreate my character. I've been getting into Mass Effect, so I can create a more capable character. I don't remember who owns the thread, but whoever does, I'll recreate a bio with your permission.
  15. So, without anybody posting a thread like this, I'll be the first. I posted one on another forum and it quickly grew. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PjBSicSVqI&feature=g-all-s And now you've seen the trailer. Thoughts on storyline and plot details? The following is pulled from Time.com Dawnguard will be the group of vampire hunters facing down an enemy who wants to... well, this may sound like crap, but he wants to destroy the sun. The evil side here would be a vampire lord bent on a vampire apocalypse, but the good side is Dawnguard. I do believe if you get some huge bonuses with the new form you can get, you'll have some downsides as well worse then a normal vampire has. You meet this warlord after apperantly savin his daughter. If this is anything like those vampire films, we can call this guy "Count." The trailer features CROSSBOWS, something everyone else is excited about (I'll stick to my bows, crossbows are too slow). Dawnguard also features horse combat, but if you didn't realize this yet, that'll come free with our patch. So, if you want to contribute to this thread, leave a guess on the plot line and discuss what might we be introduced to and face. Bethesda got bored I guess, so released the trailer early, but the details are still away from us. That is what E3 is for. But with the smart community Bethesda built, we should be able to figure it all out with an almost-two-minute-trailer.
  16. NOW the thread should become popular, we've got a trailer. :) I stick to my assassin, because I'll be against the vampiric demons. Supporting evil is not who I am.
  17. Sheogorath, if people don't know, would only be able to rely on strength in this fight, because he'd have to be able to die. So everyone saying he'd just use his powers are just clearly inlegit.
  18. I was only focussed on a zombie outbreak for movies. But if the zombies aren't undead but just infected from a virus that gives superhuman strength, we'd still have the chance to survive. And Syco, this isn't about only your thread, this topic is flooding the internet.
  19. My gun proves my point. I could take fifteen of these guys alone, just give me my rifle and they'll be done. Just figure out how powerful a military grade martial law lockdown is and you'll realize zombies won't get very far, even at this power.
  20. I decided to ease everyone's minds by posting a thread on how impossible a zombie apocalypse is. So, look at every zombie horror movie and tell me, how do the zombies flood the streets and most of the world is? 10: Biting is an absolute horrible way to spread a virus Rabies is technically a zombie virus to animals. It is spread by biting. Which is why it fails to infect EVERYTHING. You see, a zombie would have to get close to us to bite us, but we'd keep them at bay, far, FAR away from us. How would they bite us and spread the virus is someone isn't close to the zombie? And if a zombie is in a crowd, unlike in zombie movies, if someone saw someone eating everyone, he'd do something, wouldn't he? The man eating monster would die in seconds. 9: The disease control centers When China recieved that one virus, their disease control teams quickly reacted. They destroyed the virus and very few people died, even though many people there were infected, they were cured. These teams would change from annoying to heros. They would evac population and devolop cures, along with control the virus in locked down areas. 8: Martial Law Martial Law is a brutal stage of lockdown, and this would be deployed in the event of zombies. They would quickly lock down the city with the virus and kill every zombie, and the soldiers would be in vehicles and on top of walls, so the zombies wouldn't be able to spread the infection. 7: Dead tissue cannot reanimate Even if you're saying "Hmph, spirits don't exist," I'm not saying anything about a spirit. Once someone is dead, every body part shuts down and can never restart. Reviving can only be done within 5 minutes of death, otherwise the heart will not beat and the body will forever be dead. So, basically, this reason is the main reason it's impossible for a zombie apocalypse. 6: Dead tissue won't heal So, even if dead tissue could reanimate, it couldn't heal wounds. If a zombie breaks a bone, they lose a body part. If a zombie loses it's teeth, it can never bite again. A zombie would be useless if it's as clumsy as it it in movies, getting cuts and broken bones but somehow in these movies, they all just remain alive. A zombie would die in at least a day after coming back. 5: The heat Humans can cool themselves, but if a zombie can't and stays in a desert for a long time, they'd melt or simply die from heat. On top of the fact they probably won't drink anything, so they'd sweat what they need out and die. A zombie couldn't go to Texas or Afghan without dying. 4: The cold A human dies faster from cold then from heat, mainly because the cold is very deadly. It freezes the body because 90% of you is water. So the cold, within 8-12 hours of being in a blizzard, would freeze up, stop moving, and die. Ever notice how it's hard to move some body parts when you're in the cold for a long time? Because your blood is freezing and your body is freezing. The numbness follows, and you can't move that body part anymore. In -15 degrees F, you'd die being outside for around 3 hours even when wearing a lot of clothing. 3: Mother Nature Humans aren't top of the food chain because we're hard to kill, we're fairly easy to kil. VERY easy. We just kill EVERYTHING. We have hunting limits because if we didn't, within a month humans would be the only species left. We'd also have a long supply of food. But anyway, if we didn't hunt with our weapons, animals would be hunting US, and we wouldn't be close to the top of the chain. A bear can take out a heavily armed human even if the human fires several shots into the animal. Basically, zombies would die quickly to animals. Africa would be a huge area for zombie hunting, and the animals would be saving us. 2: Vaccines Every major virus that could kill all of hummanity has been provided a cure becuase we research the virus and easily overcome it, creating a vaccine and deploying it. We've had diseases mutate due to our cure, but we only improve our cure. We're still here even though we have deadly illnesses out there. Grand number 1: Gun owners and militaries So, where the hell is the air force in all the zombie flicks? Did they magically disappear? They would be able to deploy a helo over an entire group of zombies and just use miniguns to shred through the lines. MOABs and Nukes are another matter. Humans have weapondry that could blow the Earth up in hours. We could use nukes and just remove all of Europe and Asia from the Earth. Our guns are another factor, shoot a zombie before it bites you. And with 81% of Americans owning guns, I doubt a country would fall quickly to zombies, if they don't at all. So I just provided reasons why we can't suffer from a zombie apocalypse. And only 10.
  21. WARNING: HEAVILY GRAPHIC AND DISTURBING! DO NOT CLICK IF YOU THINK YOU CAN'T HANDLE IT! The zombie attack was released with full detail on the victim and the attacker. The victim's face was released in a photo, and was almost gone. The victim was a homeless man who might've mugged the high man. The drug used for this was a bath salt "LSD" that gives a man what might be super human strength. If caught with this new drug, police will take violent measures for an arrest. Many people believe this drug is the start to the zombie apocalypse, but the drug is heavily low in number and has very few producers. The police are undergoing heavily classified investigations to uncover the producers and bring them to justice. The LSD takes a very long time to make, but many people believe this is a lie only to calm you down. Police say there have been similiar cases like this, where the person had superhuman strength. The LSD was the cause in all cases. On top of other reasons why a zombie apocalypse is impossible, I don't just deny this, I know it's false.
  22. Then find a way out of the location you're in alone? If he hasn't logged in for around a week, he's holding the RP back.
