so i want to start modding now i see all the very cool mods you all make and i have my own ideas so i was wondering does my pc have to be better than whats the just need to run the game or will that work to mod. where can i learn the basics of modding just to i can see what all i gotta do. thanks for any help in the future

First off let me say i am a xbox one gamer and respect all you modders that have shared your mods with us, that being said i am looking for some one to make and port a M4 stand alone mod over to the xbox one. i have ideas what i would like it to have as is mods so if anyone is intrested in doing this for me leave a comment to how to get a hold of you to talk details and thanks for all your hard work
