I've got the same problem and its also driving me crazy :sad: I can still play old save games but I can't start a new game. And the game is crashing often to desktop while playing, seems to be random. I have found the solution!!! :) The CTD was caused by the Net Immerse Override plugin, removing it solved the problem and the game no longer crashes when I give my character a name. I still get a very annoying MannequinActivatorSCRIPT, but at least the game is not crashing. Another good tip: You can disable mods which cause problems by checking the first 2 digits, for example (731B2866) is Mod Index 73. This usually helps me to sort out the rotten apples.
